2019-20 - Junior Season: Was the runner-up in the weight throw at the Captains Invitational after unloading a 13.43-meter heave … Posted a season-best mark in a pair of events at the CNU Holiday Open … Unleashed a 12.09-meter effort in the shot put and a 14.47-meter toss in the weight throw … Also competed in both disciplines during the VMI Keydet Invitational.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season: Secured All-Region accolades in the weight throw during his second year with the Captains … Posted a season-best 14.70-meter toss during the CAC Championships, which placed him fifth in the field … Also came in fourth in the shot put during the indoor league meet with a 13.52-meter heave … Chipped in with a pair of top-10 finishes during the Outdoor Championships as well … Placed fifth in the shot put (13.23 meters) and seventh in the hammer (42.00 meters) … Won the hammer at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet with a 37.54-meter toss and ended his year with a victory in the shot put at the Williams Final Qualifier with a 12.89-meter distance … Had 11 top-five finishes during the year while serving as one of the squad’s most accomplished throwers.

2017-18 - Freshman Season: Capped off his first year by placing eighth in the shot put (11.89) and 12th in the hammer (33.03) at the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Added a ninth-place effort in the shot put while registering a PR at the indoor league meet (12.81) ... Posted his top performance in the weight throw (12.03) at the Vince Brown Invitational before establishing a personal best in the discus (35.18) at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational ... Unleashed a 37.25-meter heave in the hammer at the Towson Invitational ... Had 14 top-10 efforts during the year.

At Sherando - Competed in multiple sports during his time with the Warriors … Captured the conference championship in the shot put … Also secured All-Area, All-Region, and All-State nods for his work on the track team … Finished seventh in the state in the outdoor shot put as a senior … Wrapped up his tenure ranked third in Sherando history in the shot put and fourth in the discus ... Competed in basketball and football as well … Was an All-Area and All-Conference pick as an offensive lineman … Also nabbed All-Academic honors for his efforts in the classroom.
