2017-18 - Senior Season: Capped off his decorated career by earning All-American honors in the indoor 200 ... Placed seventh in the nation during the NCAA Championships with a time of 22.05 in the finals ... Clocked in at 21.95 during the prelims ... Also qualified for the indoor nationals in the 60-hurdles ... Came in 12th in the country in the 4x400-relay (3:15.04) and 13th in the 110-hurdles (15.05) during the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... Secured All-Conference and All-Region honors in the 60-hurdles, 110-hurdles, and outdoor 200 ... Also was an All-Region selection in the indoor and outdoor 4x400-relay as well as the indoor 200 ... Won the 110-hurdles (14.46) and finished second in the 200 (21.86) during the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Also claimed the league crown in the indoor 60-hurdles (8.17) while coming in third in the 60 (7.10) and fifth in the 200 (22.79) during the CAC Indoor Championships ... Had his top clocking in the 60-hurdles (8.06) during the JDL Last Chance Invitational ... Led the indoor 4x400-relay to its top time at the Tufts National Qualifier (3:20.61) before guiding the outdoor foursome to its fastest clocking at the MIT Final Qualifier (3:14.76) ... 2016-17: Junior Season - Continued his spectacular career with one of the most decorated campaigns in program history … Honored as both the CAC Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year … Collected a pair of All-American awards during the winter season after placing fourth in the 60-hurdles (8.13) and sixth in the 200 (22.11) during the NCAA Indoor Championships … Also qualified for the outdoor nationals in the 110-hurdles and 200 … Won five conference titles during the year, including the 100, 200, and 110-hurdles during the outdoor meet … Also claimed the indoor crowns in the 60-hurdles and 200 … Was a second-team All-Conference honoree for his work on the indoor 4x400-relay … Brought home eight All-Region awards after picking up South / Southeast honors in the indoor 60, 200, 60-hurdles, and 4x400-relay as well as the outdoor 200, 110-hurdles, 4x400-relay, and decathlon … Posted his top 200 time of the year with a 21.56 mark at the Aggie Last Chance Meet … Honored as the CAC Track Athlete of the Week on March 7.

2015-16: Sophomore Season - Earned All-American honors in the 100 after placing sixth in the event at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships … Registered his finest time of the season during the prelims after crossing the line in 10.69 … Also secured All-Region plaudits in the 100, 110-hurdles, 4x100-relay, and decathlon during the outdoor campaign … Named to the All-Conference team for his work in the indoor 200 as well as the outdoor 110-hurdles and 4x100-relay … Scored in three events during the CAC Indoor Championships, including a second-place effort in the 200 … Returned to the track to earn points in four disciplines during the outdoor meet, including second-place showings in the 110-hurdles and 4x100-relay … Won 11 races during the year, including four at the Commonwealth Duals after notching the top mark in the 110-hurdles, 200, 4x100, and 4x400.

2014-15: Freshman Season - Pieced together an incredible debut season … Named the CAC Outdoor Rookie of the Year … Won the conference championship in the outdoor 200 (21.69) … Posted his top time in the event during the Ron Althoff Invitational after finishing in 21.64 … Also placed second in the indoor 200 (22.43) during the CAC title meet, which earned him All-Conference accolades … Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships as a member of the 4x100-relay … Placed 15th at the nationals with a time of 41.91 … Along with his victory in the 200 at the CAC Outdoor Championships, he also came in third in the 100 (10.88) and fifth in the 110-hurdles (15.19) … Registered his top time in the 110-hurdles during the Aggie Invitational after crossing the line in 14.77 … Also competed in the 100, 400, and 400-hurdles during the outdoor season.

At Henrico - Starred as a member of the track & field team for the Warriors … Secured All-Metro honors as a member of the 4x100 team during his senior season … Finished third at the 5A state track meet in the 200 and 4x100 … Named the Team MVP as a senior during the indoor campaign … Selected as the team’s Most Improved as a sophomore, junior, and senior.
