Track & Field - Came in fifth in the mile during the CAC Indoor Championships after crossing the line in 4:29.71 … Had his best mark in the event at the Vince Brown Invitational after clocking in at 4:27.74 … Also finished fifth in the steeplechase during the CAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:07.93 … Posted a PR in the event during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after completing the course in 9:46.33 … Registered a second-place finish in the steeplechase during the Tribe Invitational and New Captains Classic.

2014-15 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 45th at the CAC Championships with a time of 26:34.0 in the 8k … Also competed at the CNU Invitational and William & Mary Invitational earlier in the season.
Track & Field - Earned All-Conference honors after finishing second during the 3000-steeplechase at the CAC title meet … Registered a 10th-place finish after completing the mile in 4:31.02 during the CAC Indoor Championships as well … Had a season-best time of 2:01.02 in the 800 during the Vince Brown Invitational … Also competed in the 800, 1500, 3000, and 5000 during the outdoor season … Ran in the 4x400 and 1500 during the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier, posting a pair of top-five finishes.

2013-14 - Freshman Season:
Indoor Season - Finished 10th in the mile during the CAC Championships with a time of 4:41.33 … Also came in 15th in the 800 during the title meet … Recorded his finest 800 time of the season after clocking in at 2:02.51 during the Hilton Garden Invitational … Placed ninth in the mile with a time of 4:36.46 during the Vince Brown Invitational … Crossed the line in 2:38.48 during the 1000-meters at the George Mason Last Chance Meet, which placed him seventh overall.
Outdoor Season - Placed fourth in the 3000-steeplechase during the CAC Championships with a time of 10:19.42 … Had his top time in the event during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after completing the course in 10:08.31 … Came in ninth in the 800 during the New Captains Classic with a 2:01.72 mark … Also was the runner-up in the steeplechase during the Tribe Invitational to kick off the outdoor season.
