2021-22 - Senior Season: Posted a pair of fifth-place finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships … Set a PR during the title meet in the 60-hurdles after crossing in 9.11 … Also added a 12.41-meter effort in the triple jump … Set a new personal-best in the 200 at the Holiday Open after clocking in at 25.31 … Collected four top-10 finishes during the year, including three in the 60-hurdles.

2020-21 - Junior Season: Finished in the top-10 in three events during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Set a new PR while placing sixth in the 110-hurdles with a 16.62 mark … Also came in sixth in the javelin (36.24 meters) and seventh in the triple jump (11.65 meters) during the league competition … Unloaded a 44.22-meter heave in the javelin at the UMW Opener, which marked the fourth-longest throw in the league during the spring campaign … Established a personal-best in the 400-hurdles with a time of 1:03.49 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Placed second in both the 110-hurdles and javelin at the Eagle Invitational … Also was the runner-up in the 4x100-relay at the UMW Opener … Posted eight top-five finishes during the outdoor season.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season: Scored in the 60-hurdles at the CAC Indoor Championships after finishing third in 9.18 … Also placed ninth in the triple jump at the league meet with a 12.11-meter leap … Had season-best efforts in the 60-hurdles (9.17) during the Vince Brown Invitational and the long jump (5.73 meters) at the Captains Invitational … Came through with eight top-10 finishes during the year, including four during a well-rounded effort at the Captains Invitational … Placed fourth in the 200-hurdles, sixth in the 60-hurdles, seventh in the 4x400-relay, and ninth in the triple jump during that competition.

2018-19 - Freshman Season: Capped off his debut campaign with a pair of ninth-place finishes at the CAC Outdoor Championships … Established new PRs while placing ninth in both the triple jump (12.58 meters) and javelin (38.67 meters) … Also came in 11th in the 110-hurdles with a 16.92 clocking … Took part in both the triple jump and long jump during the indoor league meet as well … Notched a PR in the long jump (5.59 meters) and 110-hurdles (17.67) at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Set a personal best in the 400-hurdles (1:06.62) during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Had three top-10 finishes at the New Captains Classic, including a third-place showing in the 110-hurdles … Had a total of nine top-10 performances during his first year with the Captains.
