2023-24 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Posted a personal-best in the 8k at the Paul Short Run after completing the race in 30:51.8 ... Also set a PR in the 6k during his season debut with a mark of 22:02.1 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Came in 10th at the C2C Championships in the outdoor 1500 (4:17.97) after placing 11th in the indoor mile (4:44.10) ... Kicked off the winter with a pair of PRs in the mile (4:42.88) and 3000 (9:41.34) at the Captains Invitational ... Continued to set new standards during the spring with top marks in the 800 (2:03.91) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic and the 1500 (4:17.05) during the New Captains Classic ... Had his top individual finish of the year with a seventh-place showing in the 800 at the Richard Drake Invitational ... Chipped in with six total top-10 performances during the year.

2022-23 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall.
Track & Field - Placed 12th in the 1500 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing in 4:21.17 ... Finished second in the 800 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a season-best mark of 2:07.21 ... Also notched his top marks in the 5000 (16:59.79) at the Washington & Lee Carnival and the mile (4:46.52) during the Blue Marlin Invitational ... Was the runner-up in the mile at the CNU Qualifier ... Compiled seven top-10 finishes during the year, including two at the New Captains Classic in the spring.
