2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Placed 30th at the CAC Championships after crossing the line in 27:00.4 ... Had his top 8k time of the year at the Paul Short run after clocking in at 26:54.2 ... Also took part in the Mary Washington Opener and William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Came in eighth in the mile (4:27.45) and 14th in the 3000 (9:07.77) during the CAC Indoor Championships ... Had his top mile time at the Captains Invitational after finishing in 4:26.86 ... Added a PR in the 3000 during the Liberty Kickoff with an 8:48.13 clocking ... Ran the 1500 (4:03.65) at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the 5000 (16:04.35) at the Towson Invitational during the outdoor campaign as well.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Registered a 12th-place finish in the 3000-steeplechase during the CAC Outdoor Championships after finishing in 9:59.98 … Posted a PR in the 1500 with a 4:10.79 mark at the New Captains Classic … Ran the mile during the Captains Invitational and completed the event in 4:34.39.
