Cross Country - Came in 54th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:18.6 ... Notched his fastest time in the 8k at the Paul Short Run after crossing in 27:29.4 ... Also took part in the Mary Washington Opener, William & Mary Invitational, Tribe Open, and CNU Invitational.
Track & Field - Ran the 800 three times during the year ... Posted a fifth-place finish and established a new PR after completing the race in 2:02.08 at the CNU Holiday Open ... Came back with his top outdoor mark at the New Captains Classic with a 2:03.28 showing ... Also finished in 2:03.51 at the Blue & Silver Challenge.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 47th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:28.9 during the league meet … Added his top time in the 8k (27:49.0) at the CNU Invitational … Also ran the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational and finished 16th overall with a 20:46.1 clocking.
Track & Field - Came in ninth in the 3000-steeplechase at the CAC Outdoor Championships after clocking in at 9:51.60 … Also took part in the 5000 during the league championships and finished 28th at the title meet … Posted his top time in the 5000 (15:58.04) during the Tribe Invitational … Added a PR in the 1500 (4:16.29) during the New Captains Classic … Notched a personal best in the mile (4:39.29) during the Vince Brown Invitational … Had a pair of top-10 efforts during the year, including a fourth-place finish in the steeplechase during the Commonwealth Duals.
