2021-22 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Set a new PR in the 8k at the Paul Short Run after wrapping up the meet in 26:40.2 … Kicked off the year with a pair of top-30 finishes … Came in 29th overall in the 5k with a time of 15:45.8 at the Spider Alumni Open … Also placed 26th in the 8k at the CNU Invitational with a 29:17.2 mark.
Track & Field - Came through with a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Indoor Championships … Placed fifth in the mile with a time of 4:27.83 … Added a ninth-place showing in the 3000 with a 9:02.64 mark … Threw down a personal-best in the 800 with a 2:01.34 clocking at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Came in second in the 3000 at the Richard Drake Invitational with a time of 8:53.61 … Also was fourth with a PR in the mile at the South Regional Final Qualifier in 4:21.16 … Rounded out the year with a personal-best in the 5000 in 15:16.23 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Had 11 top-10 finishes during the year, including a pair at the Keydet Invitational in January.
 
2020-21 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Competed in the distance events throughout his first collegiate campaign … Set PRs in a pair of events during the UMW Opener … Completed the 800 in 2:02.14 and the 5000 in 16:49.25 during that competition … Established a new personal-best with a time of 4:07.41 in the 1500 at the Eagle Invitational, which placed him second in the field … Also came in sixth in that event during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Finished in the top-10 in six of his nine races during the spring.
