Cross Country - Picked up second-team All-League honors after coming in 15th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 26:42.6 in the 8k ... Wrapped up the season with a 27:50.3 clocking at the NCAA South Regionals ... Also completed the 8k at the CNU Invitational, Paul Short Run, and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Ran the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open and crossed the line in 20:19.6.
Track & Field - Finished ninth in the league in the outdoor 10,000 after completing the race in 34:34.66 at the spring championships ... Came in 11th in the conference in the indoor 5000 (16:29.12) during the winter competition as well ... Won the 10,000 at the New Captains Classic after clocking in at 37:00.53 ... Notched his fastest time of the year in the 5000 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after coming in 10th in 16:03.75 ... Placed third in the event at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational as well ... 2023-24 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Hauled in second-team All-Conference plaudits after placing 13th at the C2C Championships with a time of 25:53.1 in the 8k ... Came in 63rd at the NCAA South Regionals after crossing the line in 27:01.0 ... Posted his top 8k time of the year with a 25:45.8 mark at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle, which placed him 37th in the field ... Also added a top-50 finish at the CNU Invitational after coming in 44th in 26:46.1 ... Set a new PR in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open with a time of 19:52.0 ... Chipped in with an 85th-place finish at the prestigious Paul Short Run.
Track & Field - Came in seventh in the 10,000 at the C2C Outdoor Championships after setting a new PR in 33:35.11 ... Also placed 12th in the indoor 5000 (16:22.01) and 14th in the outdoor event (16:37.55) during the league meet ... Established a pair of personal-bests in back-to-back outings in March ... Completed the 1500 in 4:13.69 at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational ... Came back with a 2:10.65 clocking in the 800 at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Had a season-best time of 15:51.82 in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic, which placed him fifth in the field ... Came back with a fifth-place showing in the 10,000 at the outdoor league meet with a time of 34:24.44 ... Also placed 12th in the 5000 at the spring competition ... Set a new PR while coming in second in the 3000 at the CNU Qualifier with a 9:01.24 clocking ...
