Cross Country - Came in 35th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the 8k in 27:29.3 ... Finished the year with a time of 28:34.7 at the NCAA South Regionals ... Also added a top-50 mark in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational after completing the course in 27:41.2, which placed him 35th overall ... Took part in the 8k at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle and Paul Short Run as well ... Wrapped up the 6k in 20:53.8 during the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Earned All-Region honors as a member of the Distance Medley Relay after leading the foursome to a third-place finish in 10:36.50 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Also came in third in the 4x400-relay (3:28.35) and 12th in the 800 (2:05.33) at the winter meet ... Returned in the spring with a pair of top-10 marks at the outdoor championships after coming in third in the 4x400-relay (3:22.27) and 10th in the 1500 (4:11.54) ... Threw down a new PR in the 1500 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after crossing the line in 4:11.32 ... Picked up wins as a member of the 4x400-relay during the Blue & Silver Challenge and New Captains Classic ... Had seven total top-five finishes during the year, including a pair at the Vince Brown Invitational.

2024-25 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Capped off his debut campaign by placing 31st in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Completed the event in 27:58.7, which marked a season-best time ... Also finished 55th at the CNU Invitational with a 28:24.6 clocking ... Wrapped up the prestigious Paul Short Run in 28:31.9 in October.
Track & Field - Had three top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships during the year ... Placed fourth in the DMR (10:49.85) and seventh in the 800 (1:59.74) at the indoor league meet ... Came back in the spring with another seventh-place showing in the 800 (1:58.10) at the outdoor competition ... Threw down personal-best times in both the 800 (1:57.98) and 1500 (4:14.33) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Also added indoor PRs in the 3000 (9:59.19) during the Captains Invitational and the mile (4:40.18) at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ...
