Biography

2006-2007 - Became an All-American in the 200 meters at the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships with a sixth place finish in the 200 with a time of 21.74. He had qualified for the finals in a PR 21.31. Also earned All-America honors with CNU’s fifth place 4X100 meter relay which was timed in 41.09. Mason-Dixon Conference champion indoors in the 200 at 22.75, and placed second outdoors in the 200 (21.95) and 100 (11.05).

 

At Great Bridge - Team captain for coach B. Boerboom after playing three years. Played in the Elite Athletes All-Star Game. Also an outstanding track athlete. He was an Honors graduate.

 

PERSONAL - Leroy Harper was born April 29, 1986 in Chesapeake, Va. He’s the son of Leroy, Sr., and Linda Harper and is majoring in History. He has a brother Isaiah, 11 and two sisters, Rasheeda, 26 and Defeyon, 30.
