2017-18 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 74th at the CAC Championships with a time of 29:21.8 ... Posted his top 8k mark of the year at the Don Cathcart Invitational (28:00.5) ... Also added top-30 showings at the Mary Washington Opener and CNU Invitational ... Took part in the 6k during the William & Mary Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Came in seventh in the 3000-steeplechase at the CAC Outdoor Championships after completing the race in 10:20.07 ... Registered his fastest clocking in the event during the year at the New Captains Classic (10:06.59) ... Finished the 5000 in 17:17.32 at the Tribe Invitational ... Also competed in the 4x400-relay at the Blue & Silver Challenge and helped the foursome finish 10th in 3:38.00 ... Posted five top-10 performances during the year.

2016-17 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 81st at the CAC Championships after completing the course in 29:39.6 … Finished 24th in the 8k with a season-best time of 28:01.1 during the CNU Invitational … Also came in 24th in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational with a 21:23.6 clocking … Took part in the Don Cathcart Invitational as well and finished 46th with a 28:14.6 mark.
Track & Field - Placed seventh in the 3000-steeplechase during the CAC Outdoor Championships after crossing the line in 9:49.50 … Established a PR in the 1500 during the New Captains Classic with a 4:19.14 clocking … Threw down a season-best time in the 3000 (9:35.05) during the Vince Brown Invitational and added his top mark in the 5000 (16:15.64) during the Tribe Invitational … Registered his top finish of the year after coming in second in the steeplechase during the Commonwealth Duals.  

2015-16 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 50th at the CAC Championships with a time of 27:13 … Posted his best time in the 8k during the Paul Short Run after completing the course in 27:00.7 … Also registered top-20 efforts and eclipsed the 28-minute mark during the CNU Invitational and Panorama Farms Invitational.
Track & Field - Came in 12th in the steeplechase during the CAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:24.02 … Also added top-10 efforts in the event during the Tribe Invitational, Commonwealth Duals, and New Captains Classic … Finished 10th in the mile and registered a PR during the Captains Invitational after posting a time of 4:40.43 … Also competed in the 3000, 5000, and 10,000 during the year.
