Cross Country - Came in 36th at the CAC Championships with a time of 27:26.8 ... Notched his top time in the 8k during the Paul Short Run in 27:23.7 ... Finished fourth at the CNU Invitational ... Also took part in the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Secured All-Region nods in the indoor 5000 and All-Conference plaudits in the outdoor 10,000 ... Won the league title in the 10,000 after finishing in 33:06.06 during the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Notched an eighth-place showing in the 5000 during the league meet as well ... Added his top time in the outdoor 5000 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after crossing in 14:53.01 ... Came through with a pair of top-10 efforts at the CAC Indoor Championships ... Finished fourth in the 5000 (15:20.50) and sixth in the 3000 (8:49.57) ... Recorded his top mark in the 3000 (8:46.04) during the Liberty Kickoff and had his finest performance in the 5000 (15:11.64) at the Camel City Invitational ... Set a PR in the 1500 during the Blue & Silver Challenger after crossing in 4:03.59 ... Had seven top-five finishes during the year.

2016-17 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Ran the 8k at the CAC Championships and registered a time of 29:18.0 … Posted his top mark of the year at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 28:30.9 clocking … Also competed in the CNU and William & Mary Invitationals.
Track & Field - Registered a pair of top-10 efforts in the 5000 at the CAC Championships after finishing seventh in the outdoor event (15:27.83) and 10th in the indoor discipline (15:48.61) …  Also placed 17th in the conference in the indoor 3000 after crossing in 9:22.65 … Posted his top mark in the 3000 during the Vince Brown Invitational after completing the race in 9:00.89 … Added a PR in the 1500 during the Commonwealth Duals with a 4:07.96 clocking … Finished with five top-10 efforts during the year.

2015-16 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 68th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:04 ... Also placed 25th in the 8k during the Panorama Farms Invitational.
Track & Field - Ran the 5000 at the CNU Holiday Open ... Placed 23rd in the event after crossing the line in 17:11.69.

At Heritage - Excelled as a multi-sport standout for the Pride … Competed in cross country and track & field and qualified for the state championships in both sports as a senior … Secured All-Conference plaudits for his efforts in cross country ... Also starred as a member of the swimming team for three seasons and helped the squad capture conference and regional titles … Honored as the Heritage High School Male Athlete of the Year in 2015.
