Cross Country - Placed 48th in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after crossing in 30:44.9 ... Had his top effort of the year at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a 30:29.1 mark ... Also finished 32nd in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational and 90th during the CNU Invitational ... Notched a PR in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open with a 22:12.3 mark.
Track & Field - Recorded a ninth-place finish in the 3000-steeplechase at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after wrapping up the event in 12:02.51 ... Posted his fastest time of the year in the steeplechase (10:56.14) at the New Captains Classic ... Also came in fifth in the event at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Collected a PR in the 400-hurdles (1:03.46) during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Was fourth in the 4x400-relay and fifth in the mile at the CNU Qualifier ... Finished the year with six top-10 efforts, including three in the steeplechase.

2023-24 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Kicked off the fall with a personal-best mark in the 6k after completing the race in 22:24.0 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Also took part in the prestigious Paul Short Run after wrapping up the 8k in 31:19.5.
Track & Field - Finished ninth in the 3000-steeplechase during the C2C Outdoor Championships after completing the race in 10:42.52 ... Threw down a PR in the 800 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a time of 2:06.50 ... Added his top mark of the year in the mile (4:49.36) and 3000 (10:13.93) during the Captains Invitational ... Finished the 1500 in 4:27.51 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Chipped in with five top-10 finishes during the year, including a third-place performance in the 3000-steeplechase at the New Captains Classic ... Was equally successful in the classroom and picked up Academic All-District honors for his performance.

2022-23 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Came in 43rd in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after completing the race in 28:09.1 ... Finished the prestigious Paul Short Run in 28:59.0 ... Also took part in the NCAA Regional Preview and Rowan Border Battle.
Track & Field - Placed ninth in the mile at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after finishing in 4:39.70 ... Captured the 3000-steeplechase in 11:02.40 during the New Captains Classic ... Also posted a win in the DMR at the Vince Brown Invitational while notching a personal-best mark of 9:38.64 in the 3000 during the same competition ... Set new PRs in the 800 (2:08.04) and 1500 (4:26.05) at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Had eight top-10 finishes during his debut campaign, including five top-five marks.
 
At Cosby - Competed in cross country and track & field with the Titans ... Was a four-year letter-winner on the indoor track team ... Also secured three letters apiece as a member of the cross country and outdoor track squads ... Served as a cross country team captain in 2021-22 ... Helped the school place second at the 6A regionals in 2019.
