2017-18 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Received All-American honors after finishing 14th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 24:40.32 ... That effort helped the Captains finish third in the team standings at the title meet ... Also picked up All-Conference and All-Region plaudits during the year ... Came in fourth at the South / Southeast Championships with a 24:19.6 mark ... Added a second-place showing at the league meet with a 24:56.0 clocking ... Won the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener and was honored as the CAC Athlete of the Week on September 1 for that performance ... Also took part in the William & Mary Invitational, Paul Short Run, and Cowbell Classic.

2016-17 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Tallied All-Conference and All-Region honors  during an impressive campaign with the Captains … Finished fourth at the CAC Championships with a time of 26:30.0 … Matched that finish with another fourth-place performance at the South / Southeast Regionals after clocking in at 25:30.9 … Capped off the year at the NCAA Championships and registered his finest time of the season after completing the 8k in 25:08.0, which placed him 53rd in the field and helped the Captains finish 11th as a team … Also competed in the Paul Short Run and CNU Invitational during the year.
Track & Field - Nabbed All-Conference and All-Region honors in the 10,000 during the outdoor season … Placed second at the CAC meet with a time of 31:16.79 and established a PR in the event with a 31:04.26 mark during the Bison Outdoor Classic … Had his top time of the year in the 1500 (4:03.74) during the Commonwealth Duals and posted his finest effort in the 5000 (14:53.62) at the Colonial Relays … Took part in a pair of events at the CAC Indoor Championships, finishing 12th in the 5000 and 13th in the 3000.

2015-16 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall.
Track & Field - Finished seventh in the 3000 at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 9:02.41 … Added personal bests in both the 5000 and 10,000 during the outdoor season … Posted a mark of 15:19.57 in the 5000 at the Colonial Relays and completed the 10,000 in 34:18.46 at the Tribe Invitational.

2014-15 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Secured All-Conference and All-Region accolades for his efforts during the year … Placed second during the CAC Championships after completing the 8k course in 25:12.0 … Also came in 21st during the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals with a time of 26:01.0 … Finished 17th at the CNU Invitational and also competed at the Charles Bowles Invitational, coming in 38th during the prestigious competition in Oregon.
Track & Field - Finished third in the 5000 during the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 15:43.03 and came in eighth in the 3000 with a 9:08.88 clocking … Registered a pair of top-10 efforts in both distance events during the CNU Holiday Open as well … Placed ninth in the 1500 at the Tribe Invitational to kick off the outdoor season … Also competed in the 1500 and 3000 during the Fred Hardy Invitational.

2013-14 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Pieced together an incredible freshman campaign, earning All-South/Southeast Region honors … Also named the CAC Men’s Rookie of the Year while picking up second-team All-Conference accolades … Recorded three top-10 finishes during the year, including a sixth-place effort during Captain Chris Invitational 8k … Placed 10th during the CAC Championships on November 2 and posted a season-best time of 26:09.6 during the South/Southeast Regional 8k at Lee Hall Mansion.
Indoor Season - Secured second-team All-CAC honors as a member of CNU’s top DMR unit … Finished sixth in the mile during the CAC Championships with a season-best time of 4:31.80 … Placed second in the DMR at the league’s title meet as well.
Outdoor Season - Won the 5000 and notched his top effort of the year with a time of 15:28.61 during the New Captains Classic … Also came in fourth in the event during the CAC Championships … Competed in the 1500 as well and posted an eighth-place showing in the event with a time of 4:05.72 during the Aggie Invitational.
