Cross Country - Punctuated his final campaign by placing 40th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 29:07.1 in the 8k ... Notched his top clocking of the season at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle with a 28:21.8 mark, which placed him 60th in the field ... Came in 16th at the Don Cathcart Invitational after finishing in 29:24.3 ... Also took part in the 8k at the CNU Invitational and Paul Short Run ... Ran the 6k in 22:46.7 during the Spider Alumni Open in August.
Track & Field - Finished eighth in the league in the 3000-steeplechase after completing the event in 10:41.49 during the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships ... Placed fourth in the event at the Blue & Silver Challenge and sixth at the New Captains Classic ... Also threw down a time of 10:45.74 during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Notched a season-best time of 4:59.37 in the mile at the Betty S. Rogers Invitational ... Set a PR in the 1000 at the Patriot Games with a time of 2:52.56 ... 2023-24 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Placed 20th in the 8k at the C2C Championships after setting a new PR with a time of 26:24.9 ... Came back with a time of 28:55.3 at the NCAA South Regionals ... Also took part in the 8k at the CNU Invitational, Paul Short Run, and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Started the season at the Spider Alumni Open and finished the 6k in 22:23.9.
Track & Field - Finished 10th in the 3000-steeplechase at the C2C Outdoor Championships after completing the gauntlet in 11:20.33 ... Also placed fourth in the same event during the New Captains Classic with an 11:42.81 clocking.
2022-23 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 31st at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after wrapping up the 8k in 27:14.8 ... Set a new PR in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open with a 22:11.8 mark ... Also ran the 8k at the NCAA Regional Preview, Paul Short Run, and Rowan Border Battle.
Track & Field - Came in seventh in the 3000-steeplechase at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 10:45.36 ... Added a 10th-place finish in the 5000 (16:43.34) and a 12th-place mark in the 3000 (9:25.69) at the indoor league meet ... Won the mile and established a new personal-best with a 4:45.93 mark at the CNU Qualifier ... Also captured the steeplechase in 10:49.49 at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Notched his top time of the year in the 1500 at the New Captains Classic after placing eighth in 4:28.35 ... Had nine total top-10 efforts during the year, including fifth-place showings in the 3000 at the Blue Marlin Invitational and Richard Drake Invitational.

Track & Field - Finished fourth at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships in the 3000-steeplechase after setting a personal-best with a 9:56.62 clocking … Added an 11th-place showing in the 400-hurdles with a 1:07.67 mark during the league meet … Placed 14th among conference competitors in the 5000 at the indoor championships as well after crossing in 17:17.71 … Set PRs in the 1500 (4:15.42) and 400-hurdles (1:03.56) at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Completed the 5000 in 16:00.90 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Notched his top indoor times in the 3000 (9:39.61) at the CNU Qualifier and the mile (5:03.35) at the Captains Invitational … Posted a victory in the steeplechase at the Blue & Silver Challenge after topping the field with a 10:15.58 mark … Came through with eight top-10 finishes during the year.
2020-21 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Placed fifth in the league in the steeplechase after crossing the line in 10:25.23 during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Established a PR in the 1500 with a 4:21.35 clocking at the New Captains Classic … Kicked off his collegiate career with a third-place showing in the steeplechase at the UMW Opener … Finished in the top-10 in three of his five outings during the spring, including a ninth-place performance in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge.
