2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country -
Finished in the top-50 at the CAC Championships after placing 48th in 27:56.5 ... Came through with his fastest clocking in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 26:58.1 mark ... Also ran the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener and the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Came in fourth in the mile during the Vince Brown Invitational after crossing in 4:34.41 ... Returned with a 4:09.33 clocking in the 1500 at the New Captains Classic during the outdoor season.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 44th at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 28:23.3 … Notched his top mark at that distance during the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 27:44.7 clocking … Placed 12th in his collegiate debut in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational … Saw action in the CNU Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Claimed a conference crown and earned first-team All-League honors during the CAC Indoor Championships after helping the DMR beat the field with a time of 10:42.45 … Added a sixth-place finish in the 800 during the winter championships as well … Came back in the spring with a seventh-place showing in the 800 during the outdoor championships after clocking in at 1:59.17 … Earned All-Conference nods as a member of the 4x400-relay, which placed second at the league’s spring meet as well … Posted his top time in the 800 (1:57.15) during the Commonwealth Duals and added his fastest mark in the 1500 (4:08.02) at the Captains Classic.

Before CNU - Competed in cross country and track & field at Zama American High School in Japan from 2012-14 before finishing his career at Hickory High School from 2014-16 … Was a perennial All-Conference and All-Region honoree for his efforts in both sports … Also collected All-State accolades in indoor track … Established records in the 800 as well as the 4x400 and 4x800 relays at Zama American before setting marks in the 4x400, 4x800, and SMR at Hickory.
