2019-20 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Completed the 6k in 21:24.1 during the William & Mary Invitational, which placed him 25th overall.
Track & Field - Scored points in a pair of events at the CAC Indoor Championships after coming in fifth in both the 800 (2:00.56) and Distance Medley Relay (10:39.25) … Won the mile at the CNU Qualifier after crossing the line in 4:30.65 … Established PRs in the 600 (1:24.85) during the Captains Invitational and the 1000 (2:38.46) at the VMI Keydet Invitational … Finished in the top-five in five of his seven races during the winter season.

2018-19 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Tallied his top time of the year at the CNU Invitational after completing the 8k in 28:56.0 … Finished 64th in the event at the CAC Championships with a 29:50.7 clocking … Also took part in the prestigious Paul Short Run (29:49.2).
Track & Field - Established a PR in the 800 while finishing fourth in the event at the CAC Outdoor Championships (1:55.48) … Came in seventh during the indoor discipline with a time of 2:00.56 at the title meet … Also broke the two-minute mark during the Eastern Shore Challenge (1:58.81) and Swarthmore Final Qualifier (1:56.52) … Ran the 4x400-relay as well, including a season-best 3:34.52 at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Had four top-five finishes during the season, including three in the 800.
 
2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Registered his top effort in the 8k during the Don Cathcart Invitational after finishing in 28:48.1 ... Also took part in the 5k during the Mary Washington Opener and the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Ran the 800 during the CNU Holiday Open and finished the race in 2:05.52, which placed him 11th in the field.
 
2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country -
Did not see action during the fall season.
Track & Field - Took part in the Captains Invitational and registered a time of 56.56 in the prelims of the 400.

At Clarke County - Shined as a multi-sport star for the Eagles … Was a three-time All-District, All-Conference, and All-Region selection for his efforts in cross country … Also picked up All-Area and All-State accolades for his work … Starred on the track & field team as well, earning All-District, All-Conference, and All-State plaudits … Placed second in the open 800 at the state championships … Also competed in wrestling and soccer … Was a two-time All-State, All-Conference, and All-Region selection as well as a three-time All-District pick as a wrestler … Helped the team win the state championship as a junior and finished his career with 96 wins.
