2017-18 - Senior Season: Earned All-Conference honors in the outdoor 400-hurdles and All-Region nods in the indoor 4x400-relay ... Placed second in the 400-hurdles during the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Also came in third in the 4x400 (3:20.77) and sixth in the 110-hurdles (15.88) during the spring meet ... Had his top effort in the 400-hurdles during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after finishing in 54.74 ... Notched three top-10 efforts during the CAC Indoor Championships after finishing third in the 4x400 (3:29.12), ninth in the 60-hurdles (8.96), and 10th in the 400 (52.70) ... 2016-17: Junior Season - Came through with a fifth-place finish in the 400-hurdles during the CAC Outdoor Championships after completing the race in 57.79 … Also added an 11th-place showing in the 60-hurdles (9.55) during the indoor championships … Had his top mark in the 60-hurdles with a time of 9.26 at the Holiday Open … Finished the 110-hurdles in a season-best time of 16.39 at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet … Also took part in the javelin during the outdoor season and unleashed a personal-best 33.21-meter heave at the New Captains Classic.

2015-16: Sophomore Season - Scored points in three events during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Placed fourth in the 4x400 (3:29.06), fifth in the 400-hurdles (59.14), and sixth in the 110-hurdles (16.13) … Also competed in the javelin and fired a season-best 29.84-meter throw during the title meet … Had his top time in the 400-hurdles during the New Captains Classic after finishing in 58.73 … Came in fourth in the 4x400 during the CAC Indoor Championships with a 3:30.34 mark … Also competed in the 200 and 60-hurdles during the winter season as well.

2014-15: Freshman Season - Finished 13th at the CAC Outdoor Championships in the 400-hurdles (1:01.25) … Posted his top-time in the event during the Aggie Invitational after clocking in at 58.73 … Also competed in the 110-hurdles during the outdoor season, highlighted by a time of 18.50 during the Tribe Invitational … Had a season-best clocing of 9.85 in the 60-hurdles during the indoor season at the Holiday Open … Also posted a top time of 25.66 in the 200 at the Liberty Open at a 55.69 clocking in the 400 at the Captains Invitational.

At William Byrd - Four-year standout on the track & field team … Earned All-State honors in the 300-hurdles, 4x400-relay, and 4x800 relay … Placed eighth in the hurdles and sixth in the 4x400 during the 2014 outdoor season … Also finished fourth in the 4x400 and seventh in the 4x800 during the 2014 indoor campaign.
