2022-23 - 5th-Year Senior Season: Finished in the top-five in three events during the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Came in third in both the long jump (6.52 meters) and 4x400-relay (3:28.20) while adding a fourth-place finish in the 400 (51.96) ... Came back with three more top-five marks in the same disciplines at the outdoor league meet ...  Placed third in the 4x400-relay (3:28.98), fourth in the long jump (6.77 meters), and fifth in the 400 (50.03) ... Set a PR in the 60 (7.25) during the CNU Qualifier ... Posted victories in the long jump and 4x100-relay during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Also won the long jump at the South Region Final Qualifier and the 4x100-relay during the Washington & Lee Carnival ... Chipped in with 17 total top-five finishes during the year.

2021-22 - Senior Season: Was an award-winning member of the squad’s top relays during the year … Helped lead the 4x100 squad to a league title after finishing in 42.31 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also earned second-team All-League nods as a member of the DMR … Guided that foursome to a second-place showing at the indoor conference meet with a time of 10:49.05 … Added two other top-10 performances during that competition after coming in fifth in the 400 and eighth in the 200 … Came back with three more top-10 showcases at the outdoor league meet … Set a PR in the 400 while coming in fourth in 51.20 … Also was fifth in the 4x400-relay (3:39.06) and 10th in the long jump (5.95 meters) … Established a pair of personal-bests at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Finished the 200 in 22.93 and posted a 6.37-meter leap in the long jump … Chipped in with a PR in the 60 at the CNU Qualifier as well after crossing in 7.42 … Had 14 top-five finishes during the year, including wins in the 4x100 at the Blue & Silver Challenge, New Captains Classic, and Eastern Shore Challenge … Also served on the victorious 4x400-relay at the Vince Brown Invitational.

At Norfolk Christian - Competed in multiple sports during his time with the Ambassadors ... Established school records in the 4x200 and 4x400 as a member of the track & field team ... Secured second-team All-State honors as a wide receiver and defensive back on the football squad ... Hauled in first-team All-Conference accolades for his work on the gridiron as well ... Also was a two-time All-Conference centerfielder on the baseball team ... Went to the state championship in football and won the conference title in baseball ...
