2021-22 - 5th-Year Senior Season:
Cross Country - Secured first-team All-Conference honors and earned a spot on the All-Region squad for his work during the fall … Came in eighth during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships after establishing a new PR in the 8k with a time of 25:27.5 … Wrapped up the year by coming in 24th at the NCAA South Regionals after completing the race in 26:30.8 … Also placed eighth at the CNU Invitational with a 27:26.4 mark … Competed in the 8k at the Paul Short Run and Inter-Regional Border Battle as well … Set a new 5k personal-best at the Spider Alumni Open after crossing the line in 16:02.2 … Named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Picked up All-Region honors in the outdoor 10,000 after setting a new PR with a time of 31:48.62 at the Colonial Relays … Nabbed second-team All-Conference accolades in the indoor 5000 as well after placing second during the league meet in 15:40.04 … Established a new personal-best in the 3000 with a 9:03.46 clocking at the South Regional Final Qualifier … Came back with two more PRs in the spring … Finished the 5000 in 15:28.76 during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic before wrapping up the 1500 in 4:15.07 at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Added a fifth-place showing in the 10,000 at the outdoor league championships in May … Had nine top-five finishes during the year, including two in the mile and 3000 during the Captains Invitational … Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Men’s Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year for his collective success in the classroom and on the track.
 
2020-21 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Posted the conference’s fastest clocking in the 10,000 during the year after completing the event in 33:17.76 at the Colonial Relays … Added a PR in the 1500 at the UMW Opener with a 4:20.39 mark … Finished fourth in the 10,000 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after clocking in at 34:54.26 during the league meet … Took part in six races during the spring and registered five top-10 finishes.
 
2019-20 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Collected second-team All-Conference accolades after finishing 12th in the 8k at the CAC Championships … Completed that race in 28:11.2 … Added his fastest time in the 8k at the NCAA Regionals after finishing 44th in the South / Southeast with a 26:30.0 mark … Came in 21st in the 6k (21:05.1) at the William & Mary Invitational … Also took part in the 8k at the Paul Short Run and Connecticut College Invitational … Honored with a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Finished fourth in the 5000 (15:33.25) and fifth in the mile (4:36.98) during the CAC Indoor Championships … Came through with his top mile time at the Captains Invitational after winning the event in 4:34.87 … Was the runner-up in the 5000 at the Vince Brown Invitational after clocking in at 15:44.21 … Wrapped up the 3000 in 9:12.39 during the VMI Keydet Invitational … Had five top-10 finishes during the year, including four top-five marks.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Excelled on the short courses during the year … Finished 11th in the 3k at the CNU Invitational with a time of 9:54.0 … Also came in 25th in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener (17:14.6) … Wrapped up the year at the CAC Championships with a 30:24.2 clocking in the 8k.
Track & Field - Finished seventh in the 3000 at the CAC Indoor Championships (9:07.38) before coming in ninth in the 10,000 at the outdoor league meet (34:26.63) … Came through with his top 10,000 clocking at the Colonial Relays with a time of 33:35.50 … Added a PR in the 1500 at the Blue & Silver Challenge (4:21.08) … Ran the 3000 four times during the indoor season and placed in the top-10 every time …  Had eight total top-10 efforts during the year.

2017-18 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country -
Placed 46th at the CAC Championships with a time of 27:51.6 ... Recorded his top time in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 26:43.4 clocking ... Placed eighth at the CNU Invitational after finishing in 27:15.0 and had a 25th-place showing in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener (16:36.4) ... Also raced in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational and Tribe Open.
Track & Field - Established a PR in the 3000 while placing second in the event in 9:11.46 at the Vince Brown Invitational ... Had his top clocking in the 5000 (15:51.23) at the Blue & Silver Challenge and registered his finest effort in the 3000-steeplechase (10:25.96) at the Towson Invitational ... Posted four top-10 efforts during the season, including a pair of top-five showings.

At Patriot - Saw action on the cross country and track teams for four years … Collected All-Region accolades in cross country during his junior campaign … Starred on the track squad and claimed All-Region nods for his efforts in the 4x800-relay and 3200 … Claimed the conference title in the 3200 and set school records in the 1600 (4:28.10) and 4x800 (7:57) … Earned a spot on the All-State team for his performance on the 4x800-relay ... Also was an eight-time All-Conference honoree for his work on both the indoor and outdoor track & field squads.
