2017-18 - Junior Season: Finished 11th in the 60-hurdles (9.06) and 19th in the long jump (5.66 meters) at the CAC Indoor Championships ... Established a PR in the javelin at the New Captains Classic while finishing seventh with a 32.71-meter toss ... Added another top-10 performance at the Captains Invitational after coming in eighth in the long jump with a 5.51-meter leap.

2016-17: Sophomore Season - Remained one of the program’s top performers in the combined events and picked up All-Region accolades in the decathlon and heptathlon … Posted his top score in the heptathlon with 2,804 points during the Captains Invitational … Came back with a season-best 4,546 points in the decathlon during the outdoor season at the Captains Classic … Took part in the javelin at the CAC Outdoor Championships and launched a 28.88-meter effort, which placed him 15th in the conference … Recorded three top-10 efforts at the Commonwealth Duals, placing fourth in the javelin, fifth in the discus, and seventh in the shot put.

2015-16: Freshman Season - Earned All-Region accolades as one of the top multi standouts in the South / Southeast … Ranked third in the area in the heptathlon with a season-best score of 3,307 during the CNU Pentathlon / Heptathlon … Also added a mark of 2,997 during his collegiate debut in the combined discipline at the Captains Invitational … Ranked among the top performers in the South / Southeast in the decathlon as well after earning All-Region nods in the event during the outdoor season … Registered a top score of 2,796 during the event at the CNU Qualifier.

At Hayfield - Competed in track & field and football with the Hawks … Earned All-Conference accolades for his efforts on the indoor and outdoor track teams as a senior … Honored as the indoor track MVP during the 2014-15 campaign … Served as team captain during his senior year … Was on the athletic honor roll from 2012-15.
