2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Set a new PR in the 8k at the Paul Short Run after completing the race in 27:32.0 … Also came in 36th at the Inter-Regional Border Battle with a 28:48.6 mark.
Track & Field - Had a pair of top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships … Finished sixth in the league in the 10,000 and eighth in the 3000-steeplechase … Added a ninth-place showing in the 5000 at the indoor conference meet … Set PRs in four straight outings during the spring campaign … Kicked off his run with a 4:19.40 clocking in the 1500 at the UMW Opener … Continued his streak with a second-place showing in the steeplechase at the Blue & Silver Challenge after crossing in 10:16.01 … Also added a 32:49.30 mark in the 10,000 at the Colonial Relays and a 15:38.03 clocking in the 5000 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Had an indoor PR in the 3000 at the Richard Drake Invitational after finishing in 9:07.45 … Came through with nine top-10 finishes during his senior campaign.

2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Established a new PR in the 10,000 at the Colonial Relays after finishing in 35:07.32 … That clocking marked the fifth-fastest by any runner in the Coast-to-Coast Conference during the spring season … Placed seventh in the 10,000 at the league championships with a 35:48.01 mark …  Threw down his top time in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic after crossing the line in 16:29.40 … Also placed fourth in the 5000 with a 16:51.47 clocking at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Finished in the top-10 in three of his five races during the spring season.
 
2019-20 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Finished 11th in the 5000 at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 16:23.38 … Posted a season-best time in the mile (4:55.69) during the CNU Holiday Open and the 3000 (9:27.30) during the Vince Brown Invitational … Also competed in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational and the 5000 at the VMI Keydet Invitational.

2018-19 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Registered his finest 8k time of the year at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a 30:11.2 mark … Also competed in the event during the CNU Invitational and CAC Championships … Placed 24th in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener (17:11.9).
Track & Field - Posted a PR in the 3000 during the Vince Brown Invitational after finishing in 9:22.62 … Also came in eighth in the event at the Captains Invitational (9:25.20) … Finished the mile in a season-best 4:43.79 at the CNU Holiday Open … Established new personal standards in the 5000 (16:20.40) at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational and the 3000-steeplechase (10:35.55) at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Had a pair of top-10 finishes during the season.

At Centreville - Competed in cross country and track & field with the Wildcats.
