2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 83rd at the CAC Championships after finishing the 8k in 29:40.1 ... Added a 27th-place performance in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener after completing the race in 16:36.8.
Track & Field - Scored at the CAC Outdoor Championships after coming in seventh in the 1500 with a time of 4:05.96 ... Notched his top time in that event during the New Captains Classic after crossing in 4:05.82 ... Set a PR in the mile during the Vince Brown Invitational after placing fifth in 4:36.26 ... Came through with his top mark in the 5000 during the Tribe Invitational with a 16:57.78 clocking ... Registered five top-10 efforts during the year, including a victory in the 1500 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Competed in the 8k at the CAC Championships and registered a PR with a time of 32:26.6 … Also took part in the 3k during the CNU Invitational and finished fourth overall with a 10:03.0 clocking.
Track & Field - Ran the distance events throughout his first year with the Captains … Registered a PR in the 800 (2:17.09) and mile (4:38.45) during the Holiday Open … Had his top mark in the 3000-steeplechase (10:58.25) during the Commonwealth Duals … Finished the year with a pair of top-10 efforts, including a fifth-place finish in the mile during the Tribe Invitational.

At Midlothian - Starred on the cross country and track & field teams for four years … Earned All-Conference accolades for his work in both sports … Helped lead the Trojans to a pair of state cross country championships as a sophomore and junior … Also won four straight conference and regional titles.
