2023-24 - Sophomore Season: Picked up second-team All-Conference honors after leading the 4x400-relay to a second-place finish at the C2C Indoor Championships ... Also placed in the top-10 in the 400 during both league meets ... Finished eighth among conference competitors in the indoor 400 (53.59) before coming in 10th during the outdoor race (53.66) ... Threw down a new PR in the event with a 52.09 clocking at the New Captains Classic ... Notched personal-bests in the 100 (11.75) and 200 (24.42) during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Cross Country - Made his collegiate debut in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open ... Completed the event in 24:58.1.
Track & Field - Came in 10th in the 400 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after finishing the race in 53.11 ... Also placed 13th in the indoor 800 at the league meet ... Threw down his top time in the 800 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after crossing the line in 2:13.82 ... Set a PR in the 200 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic with a 24.44 clocking ... Excelled on the 4x400-relay, helping lead the foursome to a third-place showing at the Blue & Silver Challenge and a fourth-place finish at the Vince Brown Invitational ... Chipped in with nine top-10 finishes during the year, including a pair at the New Captains Classic.
