Cross Country - Secured All-Conference accolades after finishing 12th at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:58.4 ... Capped off the year by helping the Captains place third in the final team standings at the NCAA Championships after finishing 102nd in 25:31.6 ... Set a PR in the 8k at the Paul Short Run after clocking in at 25:22.2 ... Came in sixth at the Mary Washington Opener with a time of 15:33.5 in the 5k ... Also competed in the William & Mary Invitational and Cowbell Classic ... Secured a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Finished third in the conference in the 1500 (4:00.74) and 10th in the 5000 (15:30.96) during the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Notched his top time in the 5000 while winning the event at the New Captains Classic in 15:17.96 ... Had his finest mark in the 1500 during the Blue & Silver Challenge after completing the race in 4:00.03 ... Recorded his fastest clocking in the indoor 3000 during the CNU Holiday Open (8:42.58) and won the event with an 8:51.15 mark at the Captains Invitational ... Registered seven top-five finishes during the track & field season.

2016-17 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Secured All-Conference and All-Region accolades for his work during the year … Placed second at the CAC Championships with a time of 26:22.7 … Came back with a 19th-place effort during the South / Southeast Regionals, which helped the Captains secure the team championship … Competed in the NCAA Championships, leading CNU to a program-best 11th-place team finish after completing the course in 25:49.0 … Had a season-best time of 25:27.4 during the 8k at the Paul Short Run … Coasted to a third-place showing at the CNU Invitational as well … Also earned a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom.
Track & Field - Picked up All-Region honors for his efforts in the indoor mile after registering a season-best time of 4:17.50 during the Tufts Final Qualifier … Came in fifth in the event during the CAC Indoor Championships and finished 16th in the 3000 at the title meet … Cruised to a season-best time of 9:00.84 in the 3000 at the CNU Holiday Open … Took part in the 1500 and 5000 during the outdoor season … Came in 21st in the 5000 at the CAC Championships … Added his top time in the event with a 15:22.09 clocking during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier … Posted a season-best mark of 4:03.91 in the 1500 at the Liberty Twilight as well.

2015-16 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Collected All-Region accolades after finishing 27th at the South / Southeast Regionals with a time of 27:09.5 during the 8k ... Also earned first-team All-Conference nods after finishing sixth at the CAC title meet in 25:45.0 ... Helped guide the men's team to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1994 ... Placed 248th at the national meet with a time of 26:31.7 ... Registered a fifth-place showing during the CNU XC Invitational and a 15th-place effort during the Panorama Farms Invitational ... Earned USTFCCCA National All-Academic honors for his work in the classroom.
Track & Field - Secured first-team All-Conference honors and won a league title as a member of the men's Indoor Distance Medley Relay ... Finished seventh in the outdoor 1500 and ninth in the indoor mile during the CAC Championships as well ... Registered four top-five finishes during the year, including a second-place effort during the 1500 at the Commonwealth Duals (4:01.20) ... Also came in third in the event during the Tribe Invitational.

2014-15 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 24th at the CAC Championships after finishing the 8k in 25:52.4 … Capped off the year by coming in 57th at the NCAA South / Southeast Regionals … Had a top-30 effort at the CNU Invitational and also competed at the Don Cathcart Invitational and Charles Bowles Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Came in eighth during the mile with a time of 4:27.66 during the CAC Indoor Championships … Also excelled on the relays, helping the 4x800 squad finish second at the Liberty Open and the Distance Medley Relay place third at the Captains Invitational … Competed in the 800 and 3000 during the indoor season as well … Finished 12th in the 1500 during the CAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:14.84 … Had a season-best mark of 4:05.95 during the event at the Fred Hardy Invitational … Came in third in the 1500 at the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier and seventh at the Tribe Invitational.

At Ocean Lakes - Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams for the Dolphins … Earned All-District accolades in cross country during his final three seasons with the squad and All-Region nods as a junior and senior … Received the team’s Sportsmanship Award in 2011 and the MVP Award in 2012 and 2013 … Three-time member of the All-District team for both indoor and outdoor track & field … Also earned indoor All-Region honors in 2013 and 2014 and outdoor nods during his final three seasons … Named the outdoor team MVP in 2013 and 2014 and the indoor MVP in 2014.
