2023-24 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Became the 11th Captain in program history to qualify for back-to-back NCAA Cross Country Championships ... Finished 170th in the country after completing the title meet in 26:09.9 ... Garnered All-Region accolades and was a first-team All-Conference pick ... Placed fourth at the league meet in 25:13.4 and 18th at the NCAA South Regionals in 25:28.2 ... Came in ninth at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle with a 25:14.1 clocking ... Also added a 14th-place finish at the prestigious Paul Short Run after crossing in 26:18.7 ... Set a 6k PR of 19:25.2 during the Spider Alumni Open ... Chipped in with a top-50 finish at the CNU Invitational as well after completing the event in 26:37.3, which placed him 36th overall ... Cross Country - Secured All-Region honors and second-team All-League accolades for his work during the year … Capped off the season with an 18th-place finish at the NCAA South Regionals after completing the 8k in 26:21.2 … Came in 11th at the league meet with a time of 25:46.0 … Established a new PR in the 8k during the prestigious Paul Short Run after crossing the line in 25:43.3 … Finished second in the race at the CNU Invitational with a 26:36.6 mark … Also competed in the 8k at the Inter-Regional Border Battle and clocked in at 26:43.6 … Opened the season with a time of 15:35.5 in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open … Starred in the classroom as well and earned a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team.

Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Earned second-team All-Conference honors for his work in the 800 … Was the runner-up in the event at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after crossing the line in 1:57.92 … Also placed fourth in the league in the 1500 … Posted a season-best time of 1:55.26 in the 800 at the Charm City Invitational … That clocking marked the fastest by any runner in the league during the spring campaign … Added a PR in the 1500 (3:58.57) at the New Captains Classic … Kicked off his collegiate career by finishing second in the 800 during both the Salisbury Spring Meet and UMW Opener … Had eight top-five finishes during the outdoor campaign … Registered personal-best times in the 400 (52.61) at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the 5000 (16:50.68) at the UMW Opener.
