2020-21 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Nabbed second-team All-Conference plaudits for his performance in the steeplechase during his first collegiate campaign … Finished second in the event during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships after crossing the line in 10:03.96 … Posted his fastest clocking in the steeplechase during the Colonial Relays with a 9:57.99 mark … Added a PR in the 5000 (15:45.84) during the Blue & Silver Challenge … Eventually placed 12th in the conference in that event during the league championships … Also set a personal-best clocking in the 1500 (4:20.21) during the New Captains Classic … Kicked off his career with a second-place showing in the steeplechase at the UMW Opener … Finished in the top-10 in five of his seven races during the spring.
 
At Freedom - Was a decorated standout in both cross country and track … Earned All-State honors in cross country in 2019 and was a two-time All-Region selection … Also collected All-Conference accolades for his efforts in the fall … Helped lead the squad to the regional championship … Registered a 16-minute PR in the 5k … Picked up All-State nods in the indoor 3200 as a senior … Won the regional championship in that event as well … Served as a team captain in cross country and both indoor and outdoor track.
