2020-21 - Senior Season: Picked up first-team All-Conference honors as a member of the 4x100-relay after guiding the foursome to the league championship with a time of 42.24 … Also placed fourth in the 200 (22.68) and fifth in the 400 (52.22) during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Threw down a new PR in the 400 at the Eagle Invitational while placing first in 50.95 … Kicked off the spring with a pair of second-place showings in the 200 and 400 at the UMW Opener … Finished in the top-five in 13 of his races during the outdoor campaign.

2019-20 - Senior Season: Placed 11th in the 200 (24.17) and 15th in the 60 (7.49) during the CAC Indoor Championships … Had his fastest 200 clocking of the year at the CNU Qualifier after crossing the line in 23.87 … Kicked off the year with a 7.44 mark in the 60 at the CNU Holiday Open … Had a busy schedule during the Captains Invitational, placing 17th in the 400 and 19th in both the 60 and 200 … Also helped out on the 4x400-relay during the Holiday Open and guided the foursome to a time of 3:48.24.

2018-19 - Junior Season: Finished in the top-10 in four events during the CAC Championships … Placed ninth in the 60 (7.31) and 10th in the 200 (23.73) during the indoor meet … Returned in the spring with a third-place showing in the 4x100 (43.12) and a 10th-place effort in the 200 (22.83) during the outdoor championships … Established a new PR in the 400 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after finishing second in 51.63 … Came through with a pair of victories during the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet after placing first in the 200 (23.17) and 400 (53.13) … Had 14 top-10 efforts during the year … Finished fourth in the heptathlon at the CNU Pentathlon / Heptathlon and eventually secured All-Region accolades for that performance.

2017-18 - Sophomore Season: Placed 14th in the 400 at the CAC Outdoor Championships after crossing the line in 52.82 ... Recorded his fastest clocking in the event at the New Captains Classic after finishing in 52.34 ... Had season-best clockings in the 100 (11.58) and 200 (23.25) at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational ... Had nine top-10 finishes during the year, including a third-place showing in the 4x100-relay (43.70) at the Blue & Silver Challenge.

2016-17 - Freshman Season: Took part in the 200 and 400 during the CAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships … Posted his top work during the indoor meet after finishing 14th in the 200 (23.78) and 15th in the 400 (53.80) … Notched a personal best in the 400 during the Commonwealth Duals after finishing second at the meet in 52.76 … Added his fastest clocking in the 200 at the Tribe Invitational after clocking in at 23.09 … Also took part in the 60 and 100 … Had 13 top-five finishes during the year, including a pair of victories in the 4x100 relay during the Tribe Invitational and Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet.
