2017-18 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Ran the 5k during the Mary Washington Opener and finished 38th in the field ... Came in 76th during the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Secured All-American accolades in the 800 after placing third in the event during the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Established a new school record in the event during the prelims with a time of 1:52.56 ... Also competed in a pair of events at the NCAA Outdoor Championships ... Came in 12th in the 4x400-relay (3:15.04) and 17th in the 800 (1:54.50) ... Picked up All-Conference and All-Region nods in both the indoor and outdoor 800 ... Also was an All-Region performer in the indoor DMR and outdoor 4x400 ... Recorded his top time in the 800 after winning the event in 1:51.13 at the New Captains Classic ... Won the 800 title during the CAC Indoor Championships before placing second in the event at the outdoor competition ... Also came in third in the 4x400-relay at the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Helped lead the DMR to a school-record time of 9:58.96 during the David Hemery Valentine Invitational ... Named the CAC Track Athlete of the Week on January 30, February 27, and April 24 ... Registered 20 top-five finishes during the year and won 11 races.

2016-17 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Took part in the CNU Cross Country Invitational and placed third in the 3k with a time of 9:51.0.
Track & Field - Excelled in the 800 during the year, winning the CAC Championship during the indoor and outdoor campaigns … Won the winter crown with a time of 1:55.41 during the indoor championships before taking the spring title with a 1:55.16 clocking … Had a season-best time of 1:55.02 during the Colonial Relays … Picked up All-Region honors in the indoor 800, DMR, and 4x400-relay before collecting All-South / Southeast accolades in the 4x400-relay during the outdoor season as well … Also earned All-Conference honors in the 4x400 after helping the foursome place second at the indoor and outdoor championships … Starred as a member of the DMR as well, leading the relay unit to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:06.04 … Came back to set a school record in the relay during the outdoor season with a 10:17.62 clocking at the Colonial Relays … Also competed in the 400 and 1500 during the year.

2015-16 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Competed at the CAC Championships and posted a season-best time of 29:03 during the 8k ... Finished second in the 3k during the CNU Invitational ... Also ran at the Panorama Farms Invitational earlier in the year.
Track & Field - Earned All-American honors after helping the DMR place fifth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:04.20 ... Also guided the foursome to a school and conference record in the event with a 10:01.65 clocking during the Tufts Final Qualifier ... Won the CAC Indoor Championship in the 800 after finishing in 1:56.39 ... Also was the runner-up in the outdoor 800 during the league meet with a mark of 1:55.18 ... Named to the All-Region team for his efforts in both the indoor and outdoor 800 ... Had a season-best time of 1:54.23 during the event at the Commonwealth Duals.

2014-15 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished 83rd with a time of 27:56.1 during the CAC Championships … Also competed in the CNU Invitational and William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Placed third in the 4x400-relay and sixth in the 800 during the CAC Indoor Championships … Helped lead the 4x400 squad to a victory during the Vince Brown Invitational as well … Also competed in the mile, 1000, 4x800, and Distance Medley Relay during the indoor season.

At Colonial Forge - Excelled as a multi-sport athlete for the Eagles … Competed in track & field for three years and cross country for two … Qualified for states during each of his two years on the cross country team and in his senior year in track … Also competed in the districts and regionals … Received the Coaches Award for track & field during the winter and spring seasons as a senior … Also named the MVP during the spring campaign … Was a member of the golf and swimming teams as well … Honored as the Rookie of the Year during his freshman season on the swimming team.
