Cross Country - Finished 25th in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after setting a new PR in 26:47.6 ... Concluded the year with a mark of 28:25.1 at the NCAA Regional Championships, which placed him 59th overall in the South ... Wrapped up the 8k in 27:23.0 at the Paul Short Run before throwing down a time of 27:40.3 at the Rowan Border Battle.
Track & Field - Picked up second-team All-Conference and All-State accolades for his work in the indoor 800 ... Placed second in the event at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 1:56.25 ... That clocking ranked eighth in the South Region ... Finished seventh in the league in the outdoor 800 after wrapping up the spring meet in 1:57.45 ... Set a new PR in the event with a 1:53.86 mark at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic, which placed him 10th in the region during the spring season ...Also shined as a member of the 4x400-relay while leading the foursome to a third-place showing at both the indoor and outdoor conference championships ... Set a new PR in the 400 at the Blue & Silver Challenge after coming in second with a 49.38 clocking ... Had 14 top-five finishes during the year, including a win in the 800 at the CNU Qualifier and a triumph in the 4x400-relay at the New Captains Classic ... Starred in the classroom as well and was named the C2C Men's Indoor Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... Also secured a spot on the CSC Academic All-District Team.

2021-22 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Recorded his top 8k clocking of the year at the prestigious Paul Short Run after crossing the line in 28:07.1 … Also added a 29:52.2 mark at the Inter-Regional Border Battle … Set a PR in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open after finishing the race in 17:09.3.
Track & Field - Starred on a pair of relays during the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Won a league title on the 4x400-relay after helping the foursome finish in 3:30.21 … Also earned second-team All-Conference nods as a member of the DMR after placing second in 10:49.05 … Finished fifth in the 800 with a 2:00.66 clocking as well … Came back in the spring with two more top-five showings at the outdoor league meet … Placed fourth in the 800 (1:55.46) and fifth in the 4x400-relay (3:39.06) … Set two PRs in the spring … Completed the 1500 in 4:12.87 at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the 800 in 1:54.93 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic … Kicked off the year with a personal-best in the mile after wrapping up the race in 4:44.55 at the Holiday Open in December … Had 16 top-five finishes during the year, including second-place showings in the 800 at the Captains Invitational and Eastern Shore Challenge.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Placed third in the league in the 400 and 4x400-relay during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Registered the fastest 400 clocking in the conference during the year after finishing in 50.00 at the New Captains Classic … Also added the league’s fifth-fastest mark in the 800 after crossing the line in 1:56.85 at the Colonial Relays … Posted a victory in the 400 at the Blue & Silver Challenge with a 50.05 mark … Took part in nine races during the year and finished in the top-five on seven occasions.

2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 32nd at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 29:35.6 … Posted a season-best time in the event at the Connecticut College Invitational with a 27:53.4 mark … Also competed in the Paul Short Run and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals.
Track & Field - Picked up second-team All-Conference honors in the 4x400-relay after helping the foursome finish second at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:28.98 … Came in fourth in the 800 at the league meet after crossing the line in 1:56.89 … Threw down a season-best clocking in the 800 at the CNU Qualifier after finishing in 1:56.75 … Tallied his top time in the 600 (1:24.25) at the Captains Invitational and his fastest mark in the 1000 (2:35.10) at the Keydet Invitational … Registered seven top-five finishes during the year, including a second-place showing in the 800 at the Vince Brown Invitational.

At Cave Spring - Was a standout mid-distance runner for the Knights ... Claimed the regional title in the indoor 500 during the 2018 campaign ... Finished second at the outdoor state championships in both the 800 and 4x400-relay and came in third in the 400 in 2019 ... Broke the school record in the 400, 500, and 800 ... Competed in cross country during his time at Cave Spring as well.
