2024-25 - Senior Season: Concluded his career with a record-setting performance during his final year in Newport News ... Unleashed a 56.90-meter heave in the hammer at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic, which set a new school standard and placed him 35th on the national charts in 2025 ... Claimed the league title in the event with a 55.17-meter toss at the spring championships ... Also was a second-team All-Conference performer in the weight throw after uncorking a 16.37-meter missile at the winter competition ... Was an All-Region pick in both the hammer and weight throw ... Collected second-team All-State accolades in the throwing events during the indoor and outdoor seasons as well ... Set a new PR in the weight throw with a 17.12-meter effort at the Patriot Games ... That marked the fourth-longest throw in program history ... Also established a new personal-best in the shot put while placing fifth in the event at the C2C Outdoor Championships with a 14.00-meter throw ... Came in sixth in the league in the javelin and seventh in the indoor shot put as well ... Posted eight victories during the year after notching four wins apiece in the weight throw and hammer ... Honored as the league's Field Athlete of the Week on January 20 and January 27.
 

2023-24 - Junior Season: Locked down second-team All-Conference nods in both the indoor weight throw and outdoor hammer throw ... Established a new PR in the weight throw with a 15.82-meter launch at the C2C Championships, which marked the seventh-longest heave in program history ... Added his top effort in the hammer throw with a 51.83-meter toss at the Widener Final Qualifier ... That moved him to fourth on the program's all-time performance list ... Posted a personal-best in the javelin at the outdoor conference meet after unleashing a 45.90-meter effort, which placed him fourth in the field ... Was the runner-up in the javelin at the New Captains Classic and placed third in the hammer at the same competition ... Had 11 total top-five finishes during the year, including five of his six appearances in the weight throw during the winter.

2022-23 - Sophomore Season: Continued building his reputation as one of the top throwers in the league ... Came in fourth in the weight throw (13.95 meters) and eighth in the shot put (11.07 meters) at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Also finished in the top-10 in all four throwing disciplines during the outdoor meet ... Placed third in the hammer (42.73 meters), fifth in the javelin (43.62 meters), and eighth in both the shot put (11.75 meters) and discus (33.73 meters) ... Set new PRs in the shot (12.31 meters) and discus (37.90 meters) at the New Captains Classic ... Added his top mark in the hammer at the Williams Final Qualifier after unleashing a 45.04-meter launch ... Had 12 top-five finishes during the year ... Came in fourth in the discus, hammer, and javelin at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Also was fourth in the hammer with a 41.04-meter toss at the prestigious Colonial Relays.

2021-22 - Freshman Season: Nailed down three top-10 efforts during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Set PRs while coming in fourth in the javelin (36.43 meters) and fifth in the hammer (41.17 meters) … Also placed eighth in the shot put with an 11.38-meter launch … Excelled during the indoor championships as well with two top-10 finishes at the league meet … Came in sixth in the weight throw (13.82 meters) and seventh in the shot put (11.42 meters) … Posted a personal-best in the discus with a 33.66-meter heave at the Eastern Shore Challenge … Finished in the top-10 in all four throwing events during that competition … Had 22 total top-10 efforts during the year, including four at the Blue & Silver Challenge in March.
