2021-22 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Secured All-Region accolades and was named to the first-team All-Conference squad … Placed 23rd at the NCAA South Regionals after clocking in at 26:29.7 … Established a new PR in the 8k during the league meet while finishing seventh overall in 25:26.9 … Had his top finish of the year at the CNU Invitational after coming in sixth with a 27:20.4 mark … Also completed the 8k in 25:33.2 at the Paul Short Run and 28:53.4 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle … Finished the 5k in 15:33.6 at the Spider Alumni Open to kick off the year … Selected as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Runner of the Week on September 6 and October 4.
Track & Field - Won a league title in the indoor 800 after posting a time of 1:56.99 at the conference championships … Also earned second-team All-League nods as a member of the DMR after helping lead the foursome to a second-place showing in 10:49.05 at the winter meet … Named to the second-team All-State squad for his performance in the mid-distance events during the indoor campaign … Notched a season-best mark of 1:55.31 in the 800 during the New Captains Classic … Threw down his top time in the 1500 after winning the race at the Eastern Shore Challenge in 4:02.17 … Posted a mark of 4:34.05 in the mile at the Captains Invitational … Finished second in both the 800 and 4x400-relay at the New Captains Classic … Collected 10 top-five finishes during the year, including a pair of victories.
 
2020-21 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Track Athlete of the Week on March 23 after winning the 800 with a time of 1:57.06 at the UMW Opener … Posted a season-best time in the event at the Liberty Twilight with a 1:56.57 clocking … That marked the third-fastest time in the conference during the spring campaign … Came in eighth in the 1500 (4:12.38) and 12th in the 800 (2:02.78) at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Established a PR in the 400 with a 52.53 mark at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Had eight top-10 finishes during the spring, including a third-place showing in the 800 at the Emory Final Qualifier.
 
At Rock Ridge - Shined in cross country and track with the Phoenix ... Captured the state championship in the outdoor 800 as a senior in 2018 ... Earned 10 varsity letters for his efforts as a runner, including four in cross country ... Also competed on the varsity soccer team for a season.
