Cross Country - Earned second-team All-Conference honors for his efforts during the year ... Finished 16th at the league title meet with a season-best time of 26:14.0 in the 8k ... Helped the Captains advance to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1994 and came in 275th during the national meet ... Had four top-20 efforts during the year, including an 11th-place finish at the CNU Invitational.
Track & Field - Won the CAC Championship in the outdoor 10,000 after completing the event in 32:45.73 ... Also competed in the 5,000 during the outdoor league meet ... Posted his finest effort in the 5000 during the Swarthmore Final Qualifier after crossing the line in 15:41.26 ... Ran the 3000 during the indoor season and notched a season-best time of 9:17.42 during the Vince Brown Invitational.

2014-15 - Sophomore Season
Cross Country - Capped off the year by placing 28th during the CAC Championships with a time of 26:01.3 during the 8k … Also finished 24th at the CNU Invitational and 85th at the Charles Bowles Invitational.
Track & Field - Won the conference championship in the outdoor 10,000 with a time of 34:06.34 … Also came in eighth in the 5000 with a 16:28.08 mark during the league meet … Placed ninth in the 3000 during the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 9:15.28 … Also competed in the mile and 5000 during the indoor season and saw time on the 4x400 relay during the outdoor campaign as well.

2013-14 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Recorded his finest 8k time of the season during the CAC Championships … Finished the event in 27:53.0, which placed him 46th in the field … Placed 10th in the 6k during the CNU Settles Invitational with a time of 21:10.7 … Opened his collegiate career with a 24th-place effort during the ODAC Preview Meet.
Indoor Season - Finished 11th at the CAC Championships in the 5000 with a time of 16:37.05 … Also placed 11th in the mile during the Captains Invitational after crossing the line in 4:43.57 … Had his top 3000-meter effort at the George Mason Last Chance Meet after completing the event in 9:21.58.
Outdoor Season - Shined at the CAC Championships with a third-place finish in the 10,000 … Completed the event in 33:41.29 … Also nabbed a 10th-place effort in the 800 during the Commonwealth Duals and matched that finish in the 5000 during the New Captains Classic … Had a season-best time of 15:55.83 during the 5000 at the Colonial Relays … Competed in the mile and 3000 during the year as well.
