2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 19th in the 5k during the Mary Washington Opener after completing the course in 16:26.5 ... Had his top 8k time at the Paul Short Run with a 27:10.7 clocking ... Also ran the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational and placed 37th in 20:01.1.
Track & Field - Came in ninth in the 800 during the CAC Outdoor Championships after finishing in 2:00.18 ... Recorded his fastest time in the event during the Blue & Silver Challenge after coming in sixth in 1:57.95 ... Registered his top 1500 time at the Colonial Relays with a 4:04.76 clocking ... Also ran the 5000 at the Tribe Invitational and finished the race in 15:56.07 ... Had six top-10 finishes during the year.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 57th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:52.4 … Had his top time of the year in the 8k during the CNU Invitational after finishing the event in 27:53.0, which placed him 22nd in the field … Also took part in the Don Cathcart Invitational.
Track & Field - Competed at the CAC Outdoor Championships and finished 24th in the league in the 5000 with a time of 16:09.55 … Posted a PR in that event during the Tribe Invitational after completing the race in 15:58.20 … Set a personal standard in the 1500 (4:07.93) during the George Mason Spring Invitational and had his top time in the steeplechase (11:16.13) at the Commonwealth Duals … Also took part in the mile, 800, and 1500 during the indoor season … Posted a pair of top-10 efforts during the year, including a ninth-place showing in the mile during the Holiday Open … Had a PR in the mile during the Vince Brown Invitational after clocking in at 4:29.67.

At Dominion - Was a decorated performer on the cross country and track & field teams with the Titans ... Earned All-Conference nods in 2013, 2014, and 2015 as a member of the cross country squad ... Also was a two-time All-Conference honoree and secured All-Region accolades for his work on the track team ... Placed ninth in the mile at the 2015 VHSL Track State Championships ... Served as a two-year captain on both squads ... Also competed on the baseball and basketball teams.
