2024-25 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Made a solid collegiate debut during his first year with the Captains ... Came in 37th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after finishing the 8k in 28:41.0 ... Posted a season-best clocking at the prestigious Paul Short Run with a time of 28:40.9 ... Finished 17th in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational after concluding the event in 29:25.1 ... Also took part in the CNU Invitational and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Kicked off his career in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open ... Registered a time of 21:54.8 in that race.
Track & Field - Notched a pair of personal-best efforts at the CNU Qualifier after finishing third in the mile (4:46.31) and fourth in the 800 (2:09.26) ... Added two more PRs in the 1500 (4:25.35) and 400-hurdles (1:05.06) during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Posted season-best marks in the 3000 (9:49.78) at the Patriot Games and the 3000-steeplechase (11:26.60) during his final appearance at the New Captains Classic ... Collected a fourth-place finish as a member of the 4x400-relay at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Had four total top-10 marks during his first year in Newport News.

At Grassfield - Excelled in cross country and track with the Grizzlies ... Served as a team captain and was honored as the Chesapeake Sports Club Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2023 ... Helped lead the cross country program to a regional championship along with a pair of second-place finishes ... Also captured two regional titles in both indoor and outdoor track.
