2025-26 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Kicked off his second season with the Captains by establishing a new school record in the 6k with a time of 18:43.2 at the Spider Alumni Open ... Continued his historic work with a new PR in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational ... Finished second in the race in 24:53.3, which marked the ninth-fastest clocking in program history ... Also was third in the 8k at the CNU Invitational after crossing in 25:48.8 ... Threw down times of 25:30.7 at the Paul Short Run and 25:06.5 during the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle as well ... Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week on September 15 and October 6.
Track & Field - Won the conference crown in the 10,000 after finishing the race in 31:40.80 during the outdoor championships ... That marked the fourth-fastest clocking in school history ... Also secured second-team All-Conference nods after finishing second in both the 3000 and 5000 during the indoor league meet ... Set a PR in the 3000 during the title competition after finishing in 8:42.02 ... Climbed to fifth on the school's all-time charts in the 5000 at the Widener Final Qualifier after crossing in 14:50.41 ... Garnered All-Region recognition in both the 5000 and 10,000 during the spring season ... Established a new personal-best in the 1500 (3:58.15) during the Colonial Relays as well ... Collected victories in the 3000 at the Marlins Invitational and the 10,000 during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic ... Had 10 total top-five finishes during the year, including a second-place mark in the 1500 and a fifth-place showing in the 800 at the Blue & Silver Challenge ... Grabbed CSC Academic All-District nods for his scholarly achievements as well.

2024-25 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Orchestrated one of the finest debut campaigns in program history ... Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year while garnering second-team All-League nods ... Also picked up All-Region accolades, becoming just the 14th freshman in program history to earn the honor ... Finished 28th overall - and third among freshmen - at the NCAA South Regionals after completing the 8k in 26:09.6 ... Came in ninth at the league championships with a time of 26:08.3 ... Posted a season-best clocking of 25:51.4 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle, marking the 35th-best 8k time in school history ... Made his collegiate debut at the Spider Alumni Open and placed first among Division III runners with a mark of 19:20.5 in the 6k ... That was the fourth-fastest 6k time in school history and the finest effort by a freshman ... Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week on September 3 for that performance ... Became just the third freshman in program history to earn the league's top weekly award ... Also placed 12th in the 8k at the CNU Invitational and posted a time of 26:35.7 at the prestigious Paul Short Run ... Excelled in the classroom as well and was named to the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team.
Track & Field - Secured All-Conference honors after placing second in the indoor 5000 at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships ... Completed the race in 15:17.73 ... Also came in fourth in the mile (4:21.73) and sixth in the 3000 (8:53.85) during the winter meet ... Added a pair of top-10 efforts at the spring championships as well ... Placed seventh in the league in the outdoor 5000 (16:02.05) and 10th in the 1500 (4:10.47) ... Posted his top clocking in the latter event at the New Captains Classic after finishing third in 4:01.72 ... Set a PR in the 800 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic with a 1:59.91 mark ... Had 12 top-10 finishes during the year, including a second-place effort in the 3000 in his first appearance of the winter at the Captains Invitational ... Also claimed a victory in the event with a time of 9:01.96 at the South Region Final Qualifier.

At Herndon - Competed in cross country and track & field for four years with the Hornets ... Served as a team captain on the cross country squad during his final two campaigns and was celebrated as the Team MVP ... Also was a captain on the indoor and outdoor track programs during his last two years.
