2025 - Senior Season - Drew was voted first team All-Conference in the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference...named to the All-Tournament team at NCAA Regional at CNU...hit nine home runs and drove in 43 runs, second-most on the team,  while playing and starting all 43 games for the Captains...posted 47 total hits and a .379 batting average, with 11 doubles and two triples to go with her nine homers...scored 31 times and stole 11 bases as well...became a solid presence in left field for the Captains, contributing offensively and defensively throughout the season.

2024 - Junior Season - Played in 34 games for the Captains, and made five starts...posted five base hits including a double and a triple...drove in a run in the opening game of the year with a triple vs. Ferum at Captains Park on February 17th...also reached base on a walk vs. East Texas Baptist on March 2nd...provided solid defense in the outfield with 19 putouts and two assists with no errors.

2023 - Sophomore Season - Saw action in 29 games, starting 16 times for the Captains ... scored 16 runs and was eight of nine on stolen base attempts ... recorded 13 hits in 50 at bats for a batting average of .260 ... drove in ten runs and clubbed a home run in CNU's opening win over Susquehanna in the Grand Slam Triangle Classic in Raleigh, N.C. ... also posted three doubles and three triples.

2022 - Freshman Season - Took part in 24 games and earned three starts while helping the Captains claim the program's first national championship ... Launched a home run against Oberlin on February 26, which marked her first career hit ... Also added a single in that contest while finishing 2-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBI ... Came back with another home run after lacing a pinch-hit blast against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on March 6 ... Had an RBI single against Greensboro on April 3 and laced another base hit against Kean on March 11 ... Finished the year with a .294 batting average, six RBI, and 11 runs scored ... Crossed the plate in three straight games from March 5-6 ... Scored the game-winning run during the squad's walk-off victory against No. 2 Salisbury on April 20 ... Swiped a bag and scored in wins over Juniata on March 11 and Randolph on March 20 ... Made her final appearance of the season as a pinch runner during the NCAA Tournament against Messiah on May 14 ... Saw action at shortstop and registered a putout against Muhlenberg on March 13.

At Kellam - Earned four varsity letters during her time with the Knights … Secured first-team All-Tidewater accolades for her work on the diamond … Hit .568 and led Hampton Roads with 44 runs scored as a senior … Served as a team captain … Helped guide the squad to a conference championship in 2019 and a district title in 2021 … Also competed with the Virginia Legends 18u Premier Team.
 
Personal - Samantha Helen Drew is the daughter of Kris and Paula Drew … Has two brothers, Matthew and Bryan, and a sister-in-law, Dani … Dustin Pedroia is her favorite athlete, and Pearl Jam is her favorite band … Her dream vacation would be a trip to Bora Bora … “Criminal Minds” is her favorite TV show, and “Revenge of the Sith” is her favorite movie … Her grandfather, Robert Cuykendall, is the most impressive person she’s ever met, and her great-grandfather, Charles Metzger, is the person in history she would most like to meet … Her goal in life is to be the best version of herself … Majoring in biology.
