2024 - Senior Season - Saw action in all 41 games, and started every game for the Captains, one of only two players to do so (along with Candace Slaw)...posted a .324 batting average with 36 hits in 111 at bats...primarily played rightfield for Keith Parr's team, and hit in the cleanup spot in the order most of the time...Selected first team All-Conference in the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference...drove in a team-high 33 runs and crushed four home runs, which tied for the team lead (with Caroline Pollock)...15 of her 36 hits went for extra bases, including nine doubles, two triples, and four long balls...walked a team-high 20 times...in addition to her exceptional power, Currin also showed tremendous speed by stealing 14 bases on 16 attempts...did not make any errors in the field, registering 33 putouts and one assist...knocked in a season-high three runs in four different games...hit home runs vs. Saint Benedict, Bridgewater, DePauw, and Salisbury.
2023 - Junior Season - Played in 34 games, starting 24 times in the outfield for the Captains ... notched a batting average of .288 with five home runs and 16 runs batted in ... posted 21 hits in 78 at bats, and also smacked four doubles and scored 19 times...honored as a second team All-Conference performer in the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference ... reached base four times on hit by pitches, most on the squad...drove in three runs twice, once vs. Meredith and also vs. Virginia Wesleyan in the NCAA Super Regional at Captains Park ... was named the Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Super Regional at Captains Park following two victories over Virginia Wesleyan ... called on to pinch hit in the sixth inning of the final game vs. Virginia Wesleyan, and crushed the first pitch she saw over the leftfield fence for a three-run home run ... the blast broke a 3-3 tie and served as the game-winning hit as the Captains held on for the victory to capture the best-of-three Super Regional and advance to Nationals in Texas.
2022 - Sophomore Season - Hauled in first-team All-State and second-team All-Conference accolades during an award-winning campaign ...
