Jorge Solodkin joined Keith Parr's staff for the 2023 season. He is a graduate of William Paterson University and was a member of the baseball program with the Pioneers.

Solodkin, a native of Millburn, N.J., earned his degree in physical education, and worked as a PE teacher from 2019 to 2021 after his graduation from WPU. His coaching career began in 2018 when he became a part-time assistant baseball coach at Millburn High School, where he served from 2018-2021.

He moved into the softball world in 2019 when he joined the staff at Montclair State University, where he served as a part-time assistant in 2019 and 2020. In the 2021 season, Solodkin joined the softball staff at Bloomfield College. Last year, he worked as a volunteer assistant softball coach at Seton Hall University.

Solodkin is the owner of Evolution Catching, providing lessons, camps and clinics throughout the country since 2018.
