2015 - Senior Season - Appeared in eight games during his final year with the Captains … Earned the start and picked up the victory at Methodist on March 4 … Made two saves against the Monarchs to earn the victory … Also came through with three stops against Southern Virginia on April 4 during a season-high 19 minutes of action … Capped off his season with two saves in 17 minutes of work against Wesley on April 11 … Finished the year with nine saves.

2014 - Junior Season - Saw action in two games for the Captains … Made his season debut with seven minutes of work against Methodist on March 26 … Held the Monarchs scoreless and added a save during that appearance … Competed for nearly eight minutes in his final game at Southern Virginia on April 16 … Made two saves against the Knights and helped lead CNU to a 17-4 victory … Also collected three ground balls against SVU.

2013 - Sophomore Season - Did not see game action during his second year with the Captains.

2012 - Freshman Season - Made four appearances during his first campaign at CNU ... Saw over 24 minutes of action between the pipes, including a season-high 14:12 against Greensboro on April 22 ... Notched a pair of saves in his debut at Lynchburg on April 11 ... Had four stops against Ferrum on April 21 and Greensboro on April 22 ... Also collected a ground ball against the Pride.

At Langley - Played four years of lacrosse and won three state championships under coach Earl Brewer...Also played football.

Personal - Ryan Michael Long was born on February 8, 1993 in Reston, Va...He is the son of Kevin and Donna Long and has one brother, C.J. and a sister, Erin...Father played lacrosse at Radford.
