2019 - Senior Season - Capped off his career with one final decorated campaign ... Earned second-team All-Conference honors and was selected to the USILA Senior All-Star Game ... Started all 19 contests on the defensive unit and helped the Captains lead the NCAA in caused-turnovers-per-game ... Forced 46 turnovers during the year, which placed him third in the CAC and 12th in the country ... That total also ranked fourth on the program's all-time single-season list ... Tied the school record with eight caused turnovers against Virginia Wesleyan on March 19 ... Came back with six forced miscues during the first round of the CAC Tournament against Mary Washington on April 27, which equaled the sixth-highest single-game total ... Forced at least two turnovers in 11 of his appearances, including five during a nationally-ranked showdown with No. 12 Roanoke on February 27 ... Also had three in back-to-back outings against Elizabethtown on March 8 and Washington (Md.) on March 13 ... Caused at least one turnover in each of his last seven appearances ... Collected 68 ground balls during the year as well, which led all defensemen in the CAC and placed him ninth on the program's all-time single-season list ... Scooped up a season-high eight rollers against Virginia Wesleyan and had at least two on 11 occasions ... 2018 - Junior Season - Anchored the defensive unit while collecting second-team All-Conference accolades for his efforts ... One of four players that started all 20 games during the year ... Caused 23 turnovers, which ranked fourth on the team and 14th in the Capital Athletic Conference ... Forced three turnovers in back-to-back outings against Elizabethtown on March 9 and Illinois Wesleyan on March 14 ... Came back with three more caused turnovers during a conference triumph over Mary Washington on April 11 ... Had at least one caused turnover in 14 of his appearances, including six straight outings from April 11 - May 9 ... Capped off that run with a caused turnover and eight ground balls in the NCAA Tournament against No. 17 Roanoke on May 9 ... Also had seven ground balls on two other occasions ... Finished the year with 56 ground balls, which ranked third on the team ... Also contributed on the offensive end with a pair of points during the season ... Scored a 75-yard goal after beating a 10-man ride with pinpoint precision against No. 2 York (Pa.) on April 14 ... That strike was honored as one of the CAC Plays of the Week ... 2017 - Sophomore Season - Established himself as one of the team's top defenders while anchoring a stout back line ... Appeared in all 17 games and earned 16 starts ... Led the team and ranked sixth in the CAC with 26 caused turnovers ... Also paced all CNU defenders with 33 ground balls ... Forced a season-high four turnovers and picked up five ground balls against Southern Virginia in the CAC playoffs on April 19 ... Caused three miscues and grabbed three ground balls during a terrific outing against No. 1 Salisbury on April 5 ... Also had three caused turnovers against Guilford on March 4 and Wheaton on March 15 ... Forced at least one turnover in 13 of his appearances and had two or more on eight occasions ... Scooped up at least one ground ball in 14 outings and had four against Marymount on March 18 and St. Mary's (Md.) on April 12 ... Also chipped in on the offensive end with a goal at Mary Washington on March 29.

2016 - Freshman Season - Made an immediate impact on the back line for the Captains … Appeared in 17 games and earned five starts during the year … Forced seven turnovers, including at least one in three straight games from March 19-23 … Caused a season-high two turnovers against Union on March 21 and at St. Mary’s (Md.) on April 13 … Also added 14 ground balls during the year … Established a season-high with three at St. Mary’s (Md.) before equaling that total at York (Pa.) during the CAC semifinals on April 23 … Earned a start in each of the team’s playoff games, including the squad’s victory over Southern Virginia in the first round of the CAC tournament on April 19.

At Collegiate - Starred on defense for four years with the Cougars … Collected first-team All-State accolades as a junior and second-team nods as a senior … Also earned All-Prep honors during each of his final two campaigns ... Established a new school record for caused turnovers during his senior season … Competed in basketball and football as well.
