2022-23 - Senior Season - Palmer Cup Selection; Became only the second Division III golfer ever to earn a spot in the Ryder Cup-style event ... Earned PING First Team All-American honors for the second straight year, becoming the first four-time All-American in program history ... Continued to establish himself as one of the finest male athletes in CNU Athletics history by joining a group of only four men outside of track & field to garner four All-American certificates ... Saved his finest season for last with one of the most incredible seasons in Division III history ... Led the nation in adjusted scoring average by nearly two full strokes ... Finished as NCAA Division III National Runner-Up in his third appearance at the championship event ... Scored a program record 282 (69-71-75-67) in the NCAA Championships, shattering the program record for a 72-hole tournament including a postseason record five-under 67 in the final round ... Earned PING First Team All-American plaudits ... Set the program scoring average record for a single season by finishing with a 72.6 mark in 26 rounds of play ... Added five top-ten finishes in nine events including a win of the prestigious Jekyll Island Collegiate ... Recorded 13 rounds at par or better including a record-shattering 54-hole tournament at Jekyll, posting an 11-under 205 with three straight sub-70 cards ... Finished no worse than 16th in his eight events played with one win and three runner-up finishes ... 2020-21 - Sophomore Season - Orchestrated one of the finest seasons in program history while securing second-team All-American accolades … Also brought home All-Region plaudits and was a first-team All-State honoree … Finished the year with a 73.4 scoring average, which marked the second-lowest in school history for any player with at least 10 rounds … Helped the Captains qualify for the NCAA Championship and eventually tied for 15th at the national competition after posting a four-round 296 (75-70-76-75) … Guided Christopher Newport to an eighth-place finish in the final team standings, which marked the finest performance in school history … Finished 1-under (71-72-72) while tying for 10th at the Savannah Invitational during his first outing of the year in March … Came in eighth at the Golfweek Spring Invitational in April after finishing with a three-round 222 (74-75-73) … Added his top finish of the year at the VSGA Intercollegiate after placing fourth at the state championship with a 27-hole 109 (74-35) … Also competed at the Jekyll Island Invitational in March and placed 19th in the field after wrapping up the tournament with a three-round 222 (73-74-75).
