Cross Country - Finished 21st at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in a season-best 27:55.1 … Had his top placement of the year at the CNU Invitational after finishing sixth in the 3k with a 9:32.0 clocking … Also came in 11th in the 5k at the UMW Opener with a 16:00.2 mark … Took part in the 8k at the Paul Short Run, KollegeTown Pre-Nationals and NCAA South / Southeast Regionals as well.
Track & Field - Won the Capital Athletic Conference Championship in the 3000-steeplechase after throwing down a time of 9:49.08 during the title meet … Also picked up All-League accolades in the DMR during the indoor season after helping lead the foursome to a second-place showing at the CAC Championships with a 10:33.68 clocking … Added sixth-place showings in the indoor mile (4:35.62) and outdoor 400-hurdles (59.44) during the league meets as well … Chipped in with his first win of the season at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational after completing the steeplechase in 10:00.77 … Eventually had five top-five finishes during the year, including a third-place showcase in the 3000 (9:18.83) at the Captains Invitational … Established a new PR in the mile during the CNU Holiday Open with a time of 4:28.89.

2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Came in 51st at the CAC Championships after completing the 8k in 28:04.1 ... Had his top effort in the 8k at the Don Cathcart Invitational after finishing 29th in 26:55.1 ... Notched top-25 finishes at the Mary Washington Opener and CNU Invitational ... Also took part in the William & Mary Invitational during the year.
Track & Field - Placed fourth in the 3000-steeplechase at the CAC Outdoor Championships after clocking in at 9:46.87 ... Came through with his fastest time in that event at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier with a 9:34.98 clocking ... Helped lead the DMR to a fourth-place finish at the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:43.07 ... Had his top 3000 clocking of the year while winning the race during the Vince Brown Invitational in 8:57.76 ... Chipped in with 10 top-10 finishes during the season.

2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Ran in the CAC Championships and finished 72nd in the league after completing the 8k in 29:18.2 … Added an eighth-place finish in the 6k during the William & Mary Invitational after finishing in 20:18.5 … Also took part in the CNU Invitational and placed 30th in 29:29.0.
Track & Field - Finished 14th in the 5000 during the CAC Indoor Championships with a time of 15:56.27 … Came back with a 16th-place performance in the 3000-steeplechase during the outdoor title meet after crossing in 10:28.91 … Established a PR in the steeplechase with a 10:07.07 clocking during the Commonwealth Duals … Came through with his top time of the year in the 5000 during the Tribe Invitational after crossing in 15:47.29 … Also competed in the 1500 and 3000 during the year as well.

At Chancellor - Competed in cross country and track & field for the Chargers … Was a perennial All-Conference honoree, earning plaudits for cross country and track as a sophomore, junior, and senior … Established the school’s indoor and outdoor 3200 record and was a member of the record-setting DMR and SMR relays as well … Registered the second-fastest 5k time in Chancellor history in 2015.
