2024-25 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Secured a spot on the first-team All-Conference squad after coming in seventh at the league championships with a time of 26:06.2 in the 8k ... Set a new personal-best with a 26:00.6 clocking at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle ... Capped off the year by coming in 57th at the NCAA South Regionals with a mark of 27:15.1 ... Also completed the 8k at the CNU Invitational and Paul Short Run ... Established a PR in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open after kicking off the year with a time of 19:36.6.
Track & Field - Posted a pair of top-10 performances at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships after coming in seventh in the 1500 (4:02.11) and 10th in the 800 (2:11.81) ... Also placed 10th in the mile (4:36.23) and 12th in the 800 (2:14.25) at the indoor league meet ... Set a new personal-best in the mile after winning the race in 4:25.20 at the CNU Qualifier ... Kicked off the season by finishing third in the mile and sixth in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational ... Had 13 total top-10 finishes during the year, including two at the Blue & Silver Challenge in the spring ... Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for his stellar work in the classroom as well.
 

2023-24 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished 17th in the 8k during the C2C Championships with a season-best mark of 26:08.8 ... Also came in 62nd in the event at the NCAA South Regionals after finishing in 27:00.1 ... Set a 6k PR in his season debut at the Spider Alumni Open with a 20:26.7 clocking.
Track & Field - Placed ninth in the 800 during the C2C Outdoor Championships after finishing in 2:03.25 ... Came in 12th in the mile (4:54.92) and 13th in the 800 (2:10.65) at the indoor league meet as well ... Established a PR in the 3000 at the Captains Invitational after kicking off the winter with a time of 9:18.27 ... Had his top clocking of the year in the 800 at the New Captains Classic after completing the event in 1:58.63 ... Concluded the season with another personal-best in the 1500 after clocking in at 4:03.97 during the Widener Final Qualifier ... Had eight top-10 finishes during the year, including a second-place showing in the 800 during the Richard Drake Invitational in February ... Excelled in the classroom as well and was honored with Academic All-District plaudits.

2022-23 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 24th in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships after wrapping up the title competition in 26:47.1 ... Finished the year with a time of 28:46.6 at the NCAA South Regionals, which put him 65th in the field ... Also took part in the 8k at the NCAA Regional Preview and Paul Short Run ... Threw down a time of 21:38.5 in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open during his collegiate debut.
Track & Field - Posted a pair of top-five efforts at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... Finished third in the league in the mile (4:29.45) and fifth in the 800 (2:02.75) ... Came back and placed sixth in the 800 during the outdoor conference championships after crossing in 1:56.96 ... Added a season-best mark in the 1500 at the Widener Final Qualifier with a 4:04.03 clocking ... Registered a time of 1:59.25 in the 800 at the Blue Marlin Invitational, which earned him the C2C Track Athlete of the Week Award on January 23 ... Came back and posted a victory in the DMR (11:15.31) and finished second in the 3000 (9:22.45) at the Vince Brown Invitational ... Also won the 800 in 1:57.54 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic during the outdoor campaign ... Notched 13 top-five finishes during the year, including a pair at the Richard Drake Invitational and New Captains Classic.

At Jamestown - Starred as a member of the cross country and track & field teams with the Eagles ... Hauled in All-Region accolades in cross country, including first-team plaudits in 2021 ... Helped lead the squad to second-place showings at the regional meet during each of his four years with the program ... Also was a first-team All-Region honoree as a member of the indoor and outdoor 4x800-relays ... Garnered All-Region nods in the indoor 1600, outdoor 800, and outdoor 4x400-relay as well ... Served as a team captain in cross country as well as indoor and outdoor track & field in 2021-22.

Personal - Luke Anthony Tompkins is the son of Mark and Karen Tompkins ... Has four younger sisters, Amy, Sarah, Katie, and Julie ... His father competed in cross country and track & field at the Naval Academy ... Jakob Ingebrigtsen is his favorite athlete, and Kanye West is his favorite musician ... His dream vacation would be a trip to San Diego ... Majoring in accounting.
