Cross Country - Came in 35th in the 8k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 28:38.5 ... Collected his top clocking of the year at the CNU Invitational after placing 29th in 26:58.2 ... Threw down a mark of 27:36.8 at the Paul Short Run as well ... Opened the season in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open and crossed the line in 20:41.2.
Track & Field - Posted three top-10 finishes at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Indoor Championships after coming in fourth in the 3000 (8:47.08), sixth in the mile (4:22.47), and eighth in the 5000 (15:53.43) ... Added a sixth-place performance in the outdoor 1500 (4:01.89) at the spring championships as well ... Also came in 11th in the 5000 (16:30.99) at the outdoor competition ... Jumped to eighth on the school's all-time charts in the outdoor 5000 after crossing the line in 14:53.72 at the Colonial Relays ... Came back with new PRs in the 800 (1:57.67) and mile (4:18.40) during his next appearance at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic in April ... Posted a victory in the mile at the Betty S. 2023-24 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Secured a second-team All-Conference citation after setting a new 8k PR in 26:07.1 while placing 16th at the C2C Championships ... Wrapped up the year by finishing in the top-100 at the NCAA South Regionals after coming in 91st in 27:54.1 ... Placed 80th in 29:00.2 in his collegiate debut during the CNU Invitational ... Also took part in the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle and Paul Short Run.
Track & Field - Burst onto the scene and was named the C2C Men's Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year ... Placed third in the mile (4:20.63) and 5000 (15:06.15) during the indoor league meet ... Also came in sixth in the 3000 at the winter competition ... Set a new PR in the 3000 at the South Region Final Qualifier after coming in second in 8:36.68 ... Finished the year ranked seventh in school history in both the indoor 3000 and 5000 ... Won the 3000 during the Oceanfront Invitational before claiming the mile at the Richard Drake Invitational ... Continued to star in the spring with a triumph in the 3000-steeplechase at the New Captains Classic after completing the gauntlet in 9:52.18 ... Also posted season-best marks in the 800 (2:00.41) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic and the 1500 (4:04.14) at the Blue & Silver Challenge ...
