Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall.
Track & Field - Registered three top-five finishes during the season, including a second-place effort in the 4x800 during the CNU Quadrangular … Came in fifth in the 5000 during the New Captains Classic with a season-best time of 16:43.40 … Added his top mark of the year in the 1500 (4:30.15) during that competition as well … Finished the mile in 4:44.17 at the CNU Holiday Open in the winter.

2015-16 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Crossed the line in 53rd at the CAC Championships with a season-best time of 27:23 … Finished 25th at the CNU Invitational and was 42nd in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Came in 10th in the mile during the CAC Indoor Championships with a 4:38.02 clocking … Had his best mark in the event during the CNU Holiday Open after crossing the line in 4:29.29 … Finished 17th in the conference in the 5000 during the CAC Outdoor Championships … Registered his fastest time in the event at the New Captains Classic after finishing 15th in 15:51 … Also competed in the 1500 during the year, highlighted by a fifth-place showing at the Tribe Invitational.

2014-15 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Competed in the CAC Championships and placed 44th overall with a time of 26:32.5 during the 8k … Also was the runner-up in the 3k during the CNU Invitational and registered a 42nd-place finish with a time of 22:56.4 during the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Had a season-best time of 4:38.86 during the mile at the Vince Brown Invitational … Also clocked in at 2:11.47 during the 800 at the CNU Holiday Open and posted a time of 4:32.52 during the 1500 at the Tribe Invitational during the outdoor season.

2013-14 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Opened his year by finishing 19th in the 6k during the CNU Settlers Invitational … Completed the event in 22:17.0 … Also competed in the CAC Championships and placed 40th in 27:29.6.
Indoor Season - Came in 12th in the 800 at the CAC Championships with a time of 2:04.43 … Finished the indoor season with an eighth-place showing in the 1000 at the George Mason Last Chance Meet … Competed in the mile and 4x400 during the CNU Holiday Open as well.
Outdoor Season - Placed ninth at the CAC Championships in the 1500 after crossing the line in 4:07.96 … Had a season-best time in the discipline during the Colonial Relays after finishing 24th in 4:06.52 … Saw action in the 800 throughout the year as well, notching his top time during the Aggie Invitational after completing the event in 1:58.98 … Finished 16th in the 800 during the CAC Championships.
