Track & Field - Did not compete during the winter or spring campaigns.

2020-21 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Made his outdoor debut at the Blue & Silver Challenge and placed second in the 3000-steeplechase with an 11:37.88 clocking … Completed the 1500 in 4:27.70 at the Colonial Relays … Also took part in the 5000 at the New Captains Classic and established a new PR with a 17:22.98 mark.
 
2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Came in 55th at the CAC Championships with a time of 30:43.3 in the 8k … Collected his top mark over that distance at the Paul Short Run with a 28:27.7 clocking … Finished 15th in the 8k at the CNU Invitational in 28:47.0 … Posted a 17:26.3 effort in the 5k at the UMW Opener and a 22:08.8 mark in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Established his PR in the mile during the Vince Brown Invitational after finishing in 5:07.39 … Also took part in the event during the CNU Holiday Open and Captains Invitational … Finished sixth in the 4x400-relay at the Captains Invitational after guiding the foursome to a 3:49.77 mark.

At Chantilly - Competed in multiple sports during his time with the Chargers … Earned a pair of varsity letters as a member of the cross country team … Established the record on the Prince William Forest Park 10k Course after finishing in 42:18 … Also received four letters in track & field, including three as a distance runner on the outdoor squad … Took part in distance events on the swim team for two years as well.
