Cross Country - Finished 45th at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships in 29:36.4 ... Threw down his top time of the year in the 8k while placing eighth in 28:27.2 at the Don Cathcart Invitational ... Also chipped in with sub-29-minute clockings at the Paul Short Run (28:39.5) and Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle (28:51.0) ... Came in 67th in the 8k at the CNU Invitational ... Established a personal-best in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open with a 20:28.7 mark.
Track & Field - Did not see action during the winter or spring.
 

2023-24 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Had his top clocking in the 8k at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle after coming in 57th in the field with a 28:16.5 mark ... Also took part in the event at the CNU Invitational and Paul Short Run ... Kicked off his collegiate career with a 6k PR at the Spider Alumni Open after completing the course in 21:33.3.
Track & Field - Finished 12th in the 10,000 at the C2C Outdoor Championships with a time of 35:54.04 ... Came through with his fastest 3000 time (9:35.23) at the Oceanfront Invitational and his top 5000 mark (16:49.33) at the CNU Qualifier ... Threw down his fastest mile time of the year at the Captains Invitational after crossing the line in 4:51.25 ... Completed the 800 in 2:11.37 at the New Captains Classic ... Had five top-10 finishes during the year, including a second-place showcase in the 10,000 at the Blue & Silver Challenge.

At Western Albemarle - Competed in multiple sports during his time with the Warriors ... Earned a pair of varsity letters as a member of both the cross country and indoor track teams ... Also received a letter for his work on the outdoor track squad ... Played on the JV soccer and basketball teams as well.
