2017-18 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country -
Earned All-Conference and All-Region nods for his work during the year ... Placed 13th at the South / Southeast Regionals with a time of 24:55.5 ... Finished 16th at the league meet after crossing the line in 26:05.5 ... Capped off the year with a time of 25.49.2 at the NCAA Championships, which placed him 162nd in the country ... That effort helped the Captains finish third in the final team standings at the title competition ... Kicked off the year with a third-place showing in the 5k during the Mary Washington Opener ... Also took part in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational and ran the 8k at both the Paul Short Run and Cowbell Classic.
Track & Field - Qualified for the NCAA Championships in three events during the year ... Finished 10th in the country in the 800 (1:53.57) and 12th in the DMR (10:19.69) during the NCAA Indoor Championships ... Came back with a 12th-place showing in the 4x400-relay (3:15.04) during the outdoor meet as well ...  Secured All-Conference and All-Region plaudits in both the indoor and outdoor 800 ... Also was an All-Conference performer in the indoor mile and an All-Region pick in the outdoor 4x400-relay ... Won the league crown in the 800 at the CAC Outdoor Championships ... Also came in third in the 4x400-relay at the league meet ... Was the runner-up in the 800 (1:56.57) and mile (4:20.75) during the CAC Indoor Championships ... Helped lead the DMR to a school-record time of 9:58.96 during the David Hemery Valentine Invitational ... Notched his top mark in the outdoor 800 (1:52.66) during the New Captains Classic and threw down his best mark in the indoor event (1:52.88) during the David Hemery Valentine Invitational ... 2016-17 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Secured second-team All-CAC accolades after placing 12th at the conference championships with a time of 26:52.9 … Had a season-best clocking in the 8k after finishing in 26:03.6 during the Paul Short Run … Added a ninth-place showing during the CNU Invitational as well.
Track & Field - Put together a dominant debut season, earning CAC Indoor Rookie of the Year honors for his work during the winter campaign … Won the conference crown in the DMR and later helped the foursome place ninth at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:06.04 … Also came in second and earned All-Conference accolades in the 800 with a time of 1:55.64 during the CAC winter meet … Brought home All-Region honors in the 800 and 4x400-relay … Continued to shine in the DMR during the outdoor campaign, guiding the relay to a school-record time of 10:17.62 during the Colonial Relays … Placed ninth in the 800 during the CAC Outdoor Championships and registered a season-best time of 9:35.16 during the 3000-steeplechase at the conference meet … Added his top mark in the 1500 after finishing in 4:00.61 during the New Captains Classic.

At Lake Braddock - Was a multi-sport standout for the Bruins … Won four state championships and placed in the top-10 nationally four times on a relay during his time on the track team … Earned All-State accolades for his efforts in cross country as well … Was a Penn Relays finalist … Also competed in soccer for three years.
